Seriously tho everything sweet tastes way too sugary once I've gotten older. I used to drink energy drinks a lot, but these days everything is way too sweet that it doesnt taste good

These were a thing of necessity in East Germany so make better use of the valuable amounts of chocolate, so it got mixed with finely crushed cereal and then squeezed into small dumplings, but they're actually pretty tasty and have survived to this day.

It's a hate love thing with salt and vinegar chips. The first few are absolutely delicious, but then you quickly grow sick of the taste until the next day. On the upside it helps you preserve the bag longer and not go through it in a single evening.

I don't really get sick of the taste, but I just enjoy sour things in general. Had some pickled raddish the other day at an asian place and it was delicious.

Name literally mean "bird's milk" or crop milk, a substance somewhat resembling milk, produced by certain birds to feed their young. However, this is not the origin of the name, rather, "bird's milk" is an idiom of ancient Greek origin meaning "an unobtainable delicacy".
