Non-coastal north west

I live in Washington state and I really love it here, i'd maybe move to Idaho and that's really it.

Washington or Oregon.

Maine

Ohio, Minnesota or probably New York (not the city but the outside)

Currently in NY but excited to move to MN, WI, or MI to live by myself on a small lake island. There are some here in NY but they're too expensive. Maybe later in life.

Miami

Seattle because I come from Nantes, a sister city of Seattle.

Wyoming or Massachusetts

All these non americans who want to live in north dakota, montana and utah because they have seen too many bullshit infographs is hilarious.

Idaho

The east coast is shit, the south is shit, and the midwest is flat
t. Idaho

california

stuck in shit hole middle state

Maine

Hey, let us dream, hamburger.

Unironically California, mostly because the weather is similar to the one of Spain. Also where being able to speak both Spanish and English would probably be an adventage. Far from Los Angeles though

Texas

t. lives in a shithole state

i would be happy to end up anywhere in the northwest, midwest (sans rustbelt), or new england. Plan on moving to either minnesota, ND, colorado, or washington though. Maybe maine when i retire

California or NYC

California also produces world class wine but you'd be speaking Spanish mostly to poor and ghetto Chicanos and Central Americans. Most middle class/rich people can't even order a meal in Spanish.

Oregon

oh yah, people are really raving about the QoL is cornville Nebraska

The "best" states are the most boring ones. Literally just old white people and fanatical religious. Ive lived in vermont, iowa and colorado, and i wanted to kill myself while in all of them. Currently living in chicago and ive never felt more alive and have had this much fun. I understand people who cant handle this life style though. I lose my mind living the quiet life in the middle of nowhere but i get the appeal.

cope

That is just subjective but the rankings are based on objective criteria. Im glad you found a place you like though

Nebraska is a soul sucking shithole. The people are retarded hillbillies, college football is the only thing people here are passionate about, the most depressing gigantic stinky slaughter farms are everywhere you look, the "nature" is just flat corn fields. Atleast colorado has wonderful nature, so you have to drive like 10 hours just to see something pretty. The entire western half of this state are angry christians who force their kids into jesus camps for vacation. If you get busted with "evil marijuana" they will put you through the legal system and ruin your life no questions asked. Nebraska is truly one of the worst states ever. If you think those QOL surveys are a good guide to decide where you want to live youre retarded. Nebraska also has ugly women and very few of them. FUCK THIS STATE ITS THE WORST

seething degenerate post

Can't imagine living in flyover country lol

B-but the picture says it is the 7th best state to live in!

life is what you make it

It's probably because you don't take advantage of the outdoors

I do, it's comfy as fuck

Attached: DSC_0182.jpg (3300x2199, 1.65M)

Oregon probably

Wyoming seems comfy.
Maybe New York because it looks cool, but also seems like a shit a place to live.

Imagine not living near the ocean

Attached: 1446319458606.png (594x604, 499K)

lakes are better

Does an ocean of corn count

Imagine having to share your city with hordes of asians and blacks haha

Is there a place in Appalachia that isn't filled with meth heads and stereotypical white trash?
Either that or somewhere in Montana/Idaho, I like mountains and I don't really like cities (especially American ones) so I guess these would be the best places.

tfw live in highest iq state

>go into the few places with no corn

Eastoids btfo

>not having both

So meth is mostly a Midwest thing.
I always thought it was more of a southern thing.
Also
>meth lab incidents
What does that mean ? Shootings ?

meth labs found or exploded

Explosions, shootings, etc.

I grew up in rural Minnesota, now I live in rural Ohio, it's nice. Just quiet with lots of farms, woods and animals around. I'd never be able to live in a city, let alone a huge city, too stifling. I've drove through Chicago a few times and I had a literal panic attack because of the crazy drivers, I thought I was gonna die, and my eyes were red and itchy for hours after because of the pollution.

>tfw live in georgia
kill me now boys

Maybe New Hampshire

I'm from CA but I live in Ohio now. I prefer the culture in the East (yes I know Ohio is Midwest but it borders Pennsylvania and everything east of the Mississippi is east to me)
I also like the Appalachians more than western mountains.

Meant to quote op as well.

Isn't that where all the hamplanets are?

>another Califonrian fleeing his state
Why do you Californians move all over the country? Stay in your own state.

Driving in chicago is a blast once you get the hang of it and understand the unwritten "rules" of the road. It is actually pretty hard to get pulled over here, the cops let everything slide except speeding in a school zone, they will fuck you for doing that.

there's quite a few, yes

>Why do you Californians move all over the country?
Because California is a US state and US citizens can live in any state they want to.
Are you retarded?

Vermont, Oregon, or anywhere in the northeast/west really. Colorado and Minnesota are nice too.

>1. Iowa
lmao no way anyone takes this fucking seriously right?

>moving to Chicago
As someone who has lived in Illinois all their life, you fucked up. This state is going under in the next decade, the pension crisis is going to sink it.

We will see. I actully grew up in rockford and my family moved alot, illinois was just calling me back home (just not to rockford that place is FUCKED) im a self employed handman and doing quite well financially. The economy can tank all it wants but plumbing, roofs and floors will never stop being profitable

it is just facts and ranking based on all those categories, if you care more about some other shit than that is good for you but facts are facts mate

>all these non americans who want to live in north dakota, montana and utah because they have seen too many bullshit infographs is hilarious

I seriously hope not. We need to rescue nebraskanon btw, poor kid

Pennsylvania.

any state north of 42°N latitude

I grew up in Palatine, in the heart of Crook County. I will always have fond memories of my younger years but after interning for a state rep and doing some reading into our state's history, the writing's basically on the wall. I'm leaving when I'm done with school.
>that place is FUCKED
Can't argue there.

Lol why Pennsylvania?

Currently live in Arizona and I hate it, the desert is hellish and boring. I'd either like to move back to Washington state because I lived there previously and it was super comfy, or even California if it wasn't a communist shithole

Did they take into account the population size and average age of whoever they studied? Iowa and north dakota is probably a great place to live if you're a really old, well off white person who doesnt like food, entertainment, attractive people and opportunity in anything that isnt on a farm?

Texas

California
But I'm a huge chad

I was watching a vice thing on Mississipi's flag and the governor or whoever called Mississipi a great state and looked like she didn't really believe it.

I've worked on a house in palatine, seemed comfy enough and wasnt too far from the city, which will make or break things for me. But idk what sort of problems the place has. Where are you thinking of moving to when your schooling is finished?

Washington is even more liberal than California lol. California no longer has anything special other than climates and wine.

How Chad?

Well yeah. that's like someone saying they love Manitoba. Plenty of people say it but no one really truthfully believes it.

>tfw live in lowest IQ New England state
Massachusetts is a beacon of civilization compared to RI

Attached: 1475448733000.png (811x865, 489K)

they studied the states not people, and do you really believe they dont have any of those things in iowa or north dakota? why would they measure shit that is subjective anyways? it seems you are just seething because you live in some third world state

>Washington is even more liberal than California lol
Is it? I knew it was relatively left leaning but I never hear anything crazy happening in Washington like I hear from California

If you're willing to stay in the state Palatine is not a bad place to live, if you don't mind exorbitantly high property taxes. Wonderfully quaint downtown area and rather friendly community.

As for where to move after schooling, was thinking somewhere in the Southwest or failing that, somewhere where I can see mountains. I am a bit conflicted because while I have some affinity for Red states, I'm also aware that they come with their own set of problems. Currently going to school in Indiana and I can see the pros and cons of living there.
>Washington is even more liberal than California
That's a damn shame, always considered that state to have a bit more freedom-loving people than Cali.a

Btw, when you American says Liberal are you saying Libertarian, Voltaire, do what you want liberalism and shieet or communism and identitariam politics?

this

people don't understand that they're so high on good infographics is because literally nobody lives there so if one person gets a B in their science class it raises the state's collective IQ by 10 points

they're cold, desolate, poor, native filled wastelands

when someone here insults "liberals" it's usually the last thing you said or just generally overly sensitive leftist types

it's mostly boomers that complain about them in this way

Im not seething, ive just lived in a lot of states, i have lived and travelled through the top 5 from that QOL picture and i cant figure out how they came up with that stuff. What do you mean studied the states and not people?

why isn't everyone moving to nebraska? it's cheap enough for almost anyone so if it's so great why isn't it getting more populated?

Because it's a flyover state. Corn isn't exactly very exciting to people.

north dakota is certainly very poor huh retard

Attached: klCA4KB.png (946x550, 146K)

>PPP
why does it even matter if all nominal graphs are measured in US dollars?

because of stereotypes and jobs

prices arent the same throughout the country

Its a kind of umbrella term at this point, the modern Democratic Party is trying to allow more left-leaning ideology under the big tent so the term is thrown around a lot.
I can now see why my Dad enjoyed growing up there.

Washington
>blue state
>landscape
>better weather than cali (I hate heat)
>has lots of tech companies with work opportunities
>wealthy

For me, it's Colorado.

>rocky mountains
