Back then when I used to work at a warehouse, if the new hire was a mexican, there was a pretty good chance he be a good hard worker, a white there was a 50ish chance he would stay but not for long and if it was a nig my boss just waited to see if he stayed beyond the first break.

As you can tell from pic related, Cuba, Puerto Rico and Colombia anre the 3 countries with the highest iberian input in the wester hemisphere (being mixed with black instead of amerindian don't make us less spanish, bear that in mind). Argentinians are by far way more italian, balkan, british, etc... than the other countries, reason why their spanish heritage is more diluted
