I don't say it's bad to do freerunning, specially if you find it more fun that the gym, but if you want to build muscle there's nothing like the gym.

Please, i used to lose like 40kgs in one year in the past, being on raw celery and saltless rice, but gained it back just because why not.

I hope you start putting on some muscles because bodies like that makes me sick. You can literally hit the gym twice a week and make yourself look more lean, please do it.

what are some good exercises?

Go for the most popular muscle building program for beginners, it's all you need to build a strong core and put on some GOOD mass.

Day 1
Squats = 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
Bench Press = 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
Rows =3 sets of 8-10 reps.

Day 2
Deadlifts = 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
Pull-Ups (or Lat Pull-Downs) = 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
Overhead Shoulder Press = 3 sets of 8-10 reps.

It's usually done with a 3 days a week schedule, but you can just do it twice a week if you feel like it. Train Monday and Thursday for example. Easy stuff
