Any cultural differences between you? USA looks like Canada with better job opportunities and higher crime. I heard that Toronto is sometimes used to imitate New York during filmmaking

I don't know about Ontario, but lot of americans filmmakers shoot in Québec because is cheap. The last Riddick movie was entirely shot on greenscreen in Montréal.

Differences are pretty superficial, it's mostly mindset and behaviour. Americans are stereotypically very brash and loud with a cut-throat attitude while we are more passive and polite in our interactions with others (doesn't apply to Quebecois who are basically french-speaking Americans).

We're pretty similar especially along the border states. Americans are more sympathetic to things like tough on crime and strictness on welfare though among other differences.

Not really, only the atlantic provinces (and québec obviously) have a distinct accent from northern american states
