It's the same shit with all these people. Rich guys buy lots of photo books. Some photographers take pictures of children, in a non-pornographic context. So if someone collects photo books they might have a few with photos of children in.
It's not illegal to own, it's not illegal to sell in stores, that's why he wasn't arrested for it. But clearly having a couple books with naked children in out of hundreds means it was his main interest.
