But I'm on it now, and when I went to get some vaccinations for yellow fever and other shit-tier nation diseases, the pharmacist literally laughed at my insurance card and said it's the worst plan he's ever seen. Cost me $550+ for 3 vaccinations so I could travel to Africa.

Most of us don't like him because of massmedia and sanctions. Other don't care about him. Some people really hate him and even painted their cars with a not good words about this person. So Obama has a very low rating here.
