I was not talking about the results, but the criteria. If you are upper middle class, healthcare would not be a problem for you anywhere you go. Obviously California and New England have the largest concentration of elite universities, but generally speaking, you don't need to go to an elite university to get a good education, in fact, you don't even need to go to university to get any education, in fact, graduating an elite university does not mean you are now educated or intelligent. Job opportunities obviously depend on your personal interests. Quality of life is also very vague term, and there are many factors that must be accounted for. It's subjective. Just because you are in good health and have money does not necessarily mean you are happy with your life.
