Australia and New Zealand are obviously both part of the Anglosphere but they seem like polar opposites when it comes to ideology and tolerance.
New Zealanders seem more educated, less likely to be racist and are more civilized in general.
Australians on the other hand have a large population that descends from criminals shipped to a penal colony. Australians seem more likely to be racist and Islamophobic. They're obsessed with European politics even though they're not European. They are firm supporters of the Brexit while ignorantly believing that the EU controls non-European immigration to Britain. Furthermore, the recent shooter in the NZ massacre was an Australian white supremacist. Rather than apologizing for what an Australian national did in New Zealand, Australian politicians have blamed the massacre on Muslim extremism. It's just inconceivable how foolish they are.
