No, Mexicans have a distinct look. Unless they are completely Iberian, I mean. The ones that are half native have a really distinct look that isn't found in Europe

Kemal is actually Turkic. It's mostly "Qamal" in other Turkic languages and it means "castle, fortress" etc.

There are non-muslim names, like Onur (French), Melis (Greek), Harun (Hebrew) and so on

My name is Armin and everyone also thinks I'm Bosniak even though I'm from catholic background. But idgaf. If it annoys you so much just change it rather to Mongolian one cause people will mistake you for greek or italian if you have semitic name but with latin/hebrew pronounciation.
