Doesn't look like she was actually hit. Just the front part of the bike which caused it to fly to the side of the road.

Incredibly lucky

Isn't this murder?

Where I live, whenever fights broke out, instead of helping break it apart they would get out their phones and start recording

Yes
At least if China has similar traffic laws to US

what
Americans just stand around as people mutilate the genitals of their sons.
No, let me rephrase this, they pay the doctors to mutilate the genitals of their own sons in cold blood.
wowo america much soul.

Is Hong Kong a shithole like mainland too or are they actually civilized people?

EHHH IM WALKIN ERE IM WALKIN ERE

The problem with Chinese law is, that if you hurt somebody in an accident you are obliged by law to care for them until they recover fully (and that’s before they sue you for damages). So chinese don’t give a fuck and just kill you in a hit and run so they rather pay the fine for man slaughter than your hospital / lawsuit fees.
There was a story on YouTube of this famous expat who saw an accident and carried a victim to the ER and the first thing they demanded from him was his bank ID so he payed this persons hospital fees even though he was a Good Samaritan

That's a religious thing, letting somebody kill themselves is not

China has the biggest proportion of atheists out of any large country and it shows

When its not intentional, its called manslaughter or similiar. Only few years in prison max compared to possible decades of prison for actual murder.

What the FUCK is wrong with those people?

Let's face it, as much as we in Europe and America bitch about each other and have our petty squabbles, at least we can recognise each other as human. Chinese aren't even people, they're just empathy-less robots. Fuck them.

I thought China was socialist? Why wouldn't their health card cover the cost of medical bills?

true enough

I am 100% on the side of the chink man, he was assaulted by the child. Is he not entitled to self-defense?

they beat children just minding their business as well though

Attached: chinese discipline.webm (482x434, 2.76M)

You will literally go to prison if you don't help by doing basic first aid and call the ambulance.

I read that there are plenty of injury frauds and often the law doesn't favour anyone who's trying to help. So what you ended up with is everybody too afraid to help anyone.

Well that's another situation.

What the fuck is wrong with these "people"

Are you fucking retarded? When is it ever acceptable for an adult man to assault a child under 10?

Holy shit dude you have no clue. Look up the Hokou system. Hundreds of millions of Chinese people don't have any health care coverage at all in fact.

>inb4 soyjak greentext

Typical euro trash, so he needs to put up with everything? He probably should not stomp on the child's head but otherwise he behaved properly.

The law encourages people to ignore the injured, they could accuse you of injuring them (sometimes people fake it) and you have to rely on the police dishing out justice like shitty little Solomons and hope it goes in your favour (or bribe them) or you get stuck with the "injured" person's bill+ extra. They supposedly changed it at some point but laws are a joke in China, the police act the same unless central govt tells them not to

Stomping on anyone's head, let alone a defenseless child's, is attempted murder. There is absolutely nothing proper about his behaviour. He should get a death sentence in any society that considers itself civilised.

This. The child flagrantly and repeatedly violated the NAP and the man was well within his rights to escalate the situation to give the child a permanent nap.

This is your brain on libertarianism

>He should get a death sentence in any society that considers itself civilised.
Being a pathetic chuck is civilized? Well that's the mantra all over the west and also the reason why Russia and Chnia will be the next the ruling powers.

ofc not, chinese react like this because their stupid laws i dont think theres any other country with this lvl of apathy

It's illegal to not help in Germany. You could possibly be sued being seen not helping someone in a situation like this.

>Not trying to kill children is cucked
Do us all a favour and don't breed

They recently prosecuted a teacher for not helping one of her students during an emergency. It went all the way to the surpreme court.

>Do us all a favour and don't breed!

lmao that chink has brain damage for the rest of its life for sure. prolly gonna beat a kid like that himself in the future

same here, feels good to be civilized
though we don't really need a law for that here, strangers in norway are really helpful by default. we're introverted but not insects

>omg you have to help people
>blame it on communism
forgot this was reddit

Attached: 1555133966773.png (785x731, 201K)

honestly this.
communism, and probably to a lesser extent over-crowding, has this country so incredibly mind fucked its hard to comprehend.

if you want proof look at classical Chinese philosophy, poetry, and literature. It's as humanistic and beautiful as any western works around the same time. and most western born Asians are perfectly sane and well adjusted as well.

the Chinese has evolved past us, they have stopped caring about worldly things and it's why they are going to rule the world

>guillotined by a street light
>burst on fire
>ran over
This webm still amazes me. The universe must have really hated that one dude.

Nah, doubt it
>waiting on traffic light with 5 other people
>a motorcycle about to come to a stop
>it brakes in a curve with rainy weather
>starts losing grip and slides on the asphalt, rider falls off
>4 people immediately go to him and try to carefully carry him off the road
>5th person is calling an ambulance
>I turn the bike off and roll it off the street, then leave the rest to the others since I got a bus to catch

“Double-hit cases” have been around for decades. I first heard of the “hit-to-kill” phenomenon in Taiwan in the mid-1990s when I was working there as an English teacher. A fellow teacher would drive us to classes. After one near-miss of a motorcyclist, he said, “If I hit someone, I’ll hit him again and make sure he’s dead.” Enjoying my shock, he explained that in Taiwan, if you cripple a man, you pay for the injured person’s care for a lifetime. But if you kill the person, you “only have to pay once, like a burial fee.” He insisted he was serious—and that this was common.

Most people agree that the hit-to-kill phenomenon stems at least in part from perverse laws on victim compensation. In China the compensation for killing a victim in a traffic accident is relatively small—amounts typically range from $30,000 to $50,000—and once payment is made, the matter is over. By contrast, paying for lifetime care for a disabled survivor can run into the millions. The Chinese press recently described how one disabled man received about $400,000 for the first 23 years of his care. Drivers who decide to hit-and-kill do so because killing is far more economical. Indeed, Zhao Xiao Cheng—the man caught on a security camera video driving over a grandmother five times—ended up paying only about $70,000 in compensation.

*insert ancap joke here*

What a brainlet you are.

>would the reaction be the same?
If you had an accident in a middle eastern country, people would run to you as if you're their own son.
Put ISIS beheading videos aside, we're far away from being heartless.

>carry him off the road
Isn't that a bad idea though? If ever the rider has any sort of spine injury, being haphazardly carried around could worsen it. IIRC this is why they always tell people that, unless a car is on fire, people should never be taken out of their car after a major accident until emergency services arrive.

Yeah, I thought the same. Luckily they did it very slow and carefully at least.
Like half a year later, at the exact same spot I heard another guy explaining how he fell here on his motorcycle when his wheels lost grip in the rain. Pretty sure it was the same guy and he turned out fine in the end.
Everyone acted pretty impulsively and I didn't want to be that guy telling them to "stop and leave him on the road".

we are so autistic and would try to leave the case as fast as possible and hope the gubmint will come to the rescue so yeah

This is why the culture of insurance is a good thing: it gives you less incentive to kill

I had always thought that people in russia will ignore situations like that, but then i saw a lot of videos where they help. So i guess commonly people will help

I knew a guy who killed someone with his car.
He went to jail less than a year for manslaughter.

what the hell is that biker doing. he better be lyable for damaging that car

If there is somethings league of legends taught me is. "always dodge side ways, not run in a stright line."

The NAP do not endorse disproportional or irrational use of force, by doing so the guy beating the kid is infringing the NAP.

Not this time commie, not this time.

This is true.
I've read about a tourist who got blamed for an injury after he tried to help and eventually was imprisoned
