I am not dying for anyone unless it's my family but I don't think anyone would count that as patriotism.
And I sure as shit ain't dying for some random piece of dirt, for people I'll never meet or know exist. Really, I don't consider anyone different in the sense that to me, everyone is different regardless of where they are born, are my neighbor or live hundreds of miles away or what have you. So patriotism/nationalism is a foreign concept for me. Everyone has the potential to be an asshole as far as I am concerned so you're all equal in my eyes.
