Did you know that Russia is partly in Europe, partly in Asia, AND partly in America (pic related)
Did you know that Russia is partly in Europe, partly in Asia, AND partly in America (pic related)
and you have tigers!
Why do Indians get their own plate but we don't?
Don’t worry, they’re filling the fault lines as we speak.
Fixed
>Central America isn't its own contine-
>continents=plates
Ah, yes, the famous continents of Arabia and the Philippines
That bit of Siberia that's part of the North American Plate -- what happens there, if anything? Wouldn't the plate tectonics make it more bearable to live there because of geothermal heating or something/
Tfw you'll never live in Scotia
>what happens there
Literally Alaska
it's cold as fuck and barely anybody lives there
American think like that. That's why they consider south America a different continent
Do you consider Africa to be part of Eurasia? Not saying that’s the wrong thing to believe, but your views should be the same across the board.
Damn that's kinda disappointing. Maybe global warming will do Russia & Alaska some good, then
>partly in Europe, partly in Asia,
yes
>AND partly in America
no, but I knew plates borders are not the same as surface continental borders so I wouldn't have ruled it out.
Based
I live in Asia and I don't see Asians at all.
The four continents model is indeed the least arbitrary one. All the others just make arbitrary divisions based on ethnical, historical or ecological lines that are subject to different interpretations
quite a few people live in alaska though
Eh, even then the line to differentiate one continent from another are pretty retarded. What makes Australia a continent and not Greenland? Ultimately the entire terminology itself is nothing more than relative speak for humans.
Almost nothing, all population is concentrated in cities like Magadan(the ultimate hellhole) or Petropavlovsk
