ok
Yea I was there just recently. It was a really hot day.
That's the Reims cathedral not the one that burned xD
my sister has, gypsies split open someone's bag with a knife while she visited paris
did it a very long time ago, as I am a boomer, in an era when you could still walk in and enter freely
I was there in 89 when I was 6. I remember that it was the Eiffel Tower's 100th birthday and had a large 100 ans sign on it. Also, my Dad took a pic of an African street sweeper guy who got really pissed off.
>before it burned to the ground
the Reims cathedral burnt too anyway
>It was a really hot day.
Por VOUS!
So who burnt the church?
What if I didn't go inside?
I see a lot of burning to the ground in that pic
twice actually
Yes, but I don't expect a mutt to make a joke this clever
>the vaults are still intact
idiot careless french workmen and an apathetic culture that only raised enough money to pay for discount restoration
>vaults
>implying all
>will never get the chance to actually visit Europe prior to its Islamization
it's a shame
>went to paris
>visited every monuments except the eiffel tower
This is an old trick and what the word "cutpurse" comes from.
The relics better have fucking survived.
I suppose the roof will collapse, I hope they could save most of that
everything survived, literally only the spire and parts of the roof were damaged.
and the spire wasn't the original one either
They got them out in time
Notre Dame wasn't as cool as Sacre Coeur.
>parts of the roof
the whole roof is 404

Which one of you fags edited the page?
Luckily visited it last time I was in Paris last year.
Thank god lads.
You could have pointed out what was edited, I don't see anything wrong
Saw it when I was a child. My condolences.
So everything survived?
No words can describe how happy i am right now
I never went there but I'm posting here anyways, fuck you OP
the roof did collapse, the lead spire fell through the medieval roof there in the middle, otherwise it's intact
I went there in 2013. Does that count?
>About 36

Jesus Christ user
what will you be doing when you are 36?
>all these normies posting on Facebook humble brags about their Paris trip by posting how devastated they are a church they went to caught fire with a selfie in front of it
Visited 2012
Structural damage is nothing to laugh at. We're not sure of the extense of the damage yet. The 850 years old frame is lot forever anyhow
I hope the poor thing holds together until it can be stabilized for sure
I also hope reconstruction can put the whole incident behind us
Fucking lol
Hoping it collapses, probably won’t though sadly
This could have been much funnier
>Hoping it collapses, probably won’t though sadly
>I hope the poor thing holds together until it can be stabilized for sure
the duality of man
I was in there as a child.
welcome to this board, where people spam shit like it's /b/ REGARDLESS OF THEIR COUNTRY
And Europeans will only remember the mean ones because Americans are bullies :(
*bullied
>So everything survived?
Not everything; the roof is completely destroyed
Why the fuck did I go to Italy and Ireland instead of France...
why would you go to ireland? italy I can understand
Thought it was going to be nice, legit just cliffs.. Dublin reminded me a crappy midwest city like KC or something ugh
yeah, it's pretty scenery, but yeah, it's not very developed as countries go
That worker who secretly knows he is the reason it burned must feel like shit
suicides in an days
Eiffel tower is the biggest meme tourist bait ever. There's nothing interesting about it
lmao at people posting pics of the hall the cathedral was already on its last legs that's why it was under renovation now it got put through 1000 degree heat and roof collapsing, imagine how weak it is right now i'm sure bad weather is enough to topple it
they should erect some kind of emergency reinforced tent over the structure to keep rain off it
I wasn't really a fan of France in general when I went. I did enjoy the Louvre but that was pretty much it. My most vivid memory of the Eiffel Tower was getting cash out of an ATM underneath it and it giving me a fucking 100 euro bill instead of say 5 20s. Also gypsies and some guy trying to sell me little Eiffel Tower keychains when I had literally no money because I forgot to get some euros before I left the US.
It was beautiful but full of loud chink tourists squawking.
Fuck you, I do what I want
Went backpacking thru Paris back in the day. Still have a Notre Dame coin for donating.
they'll have to issue a few billion more of those
This is what happens when you bus in immigrants and then piss them off
...
700 year old church
How many children do you guys think got raped in there?
