First, there's not always something to do at work. Or sometimes you just slack off and IDLe around at work like spending hours on a minimal task. I see it here in IT in Germany. In 8 hours, most people here walk around in the office, jerk off, taking long shits or doing long smalltalks in the floor or hiding (((staying busy))) in trivial meetings. Under the line they were not productive all 8 hours. Many just sit at their chair like good dogs and waiting.
Plus kinda fun to know that even though Japan wants to be modern but most IT companies don't even use Git/hub or anything at all.
