In US politics this is true. Whites are the only ones with significant diversity of political thought. All others vote hard D. Even 96% of self described black conservatives voted for Obama. A majority of blacks who want a smaller government, are pro life, and even who support gun freedom, vote D. And whites are also the only group in the US, a majority of which supports free speech and thinks that the US government is too big.
