I was really young to remember Jogos Sem Fronteiras, but I think I watched some re-runs and it was a very fun show
It was really popular here. I remember a kid screaming fuck hugo when he lost. He was really based.
Had no idea it was a character from a gameshow. I do however own to this very day this PlayStation game featuring hugo, can't meet much remember any sort of detail about it tho.

Holy shit, now that I think about it I used to have a Hugo themed blanket when I was 5 or some shit.
It was just a white thing with characters from the show copy pasted on it.
It also had whatsherface, the bad human lady, that was probably the first time I looked at a drawn lady and thought "hey, she looks pretty good"
