yeah but we have different models than in US
It's the only american car brand here. They're considered shit though. Only used for utility vehicles and such.
>Are Fords common in your countries?
only ones made by Ford of Europe
t. GM fanboy
I don’t get how anyone can be fond of a company that took billions of dollars worth of government bailouts during the financial crisis.
Ford didn’t take a single dime
Why are American cars so rare outside the US?
>They're considered shit though. Only used for utility vehicles and such.
Golly, it's exactly the same as here.
>Why are American cars so rare outside the US?
Mostly because US models aren't suitable for European driving conditions or fuel prices. The US market has always been big enough to be self-sustaining so designing cars for international sales was never a major priority.
Yes, cheap Ford Focus is a legendary car in Ex-USSR. There is even article about the car on lurkmore which is russian sort of Drammatica.
Though i can't say something definite about the car as i'm not driver.
in my city it's probably the most common brand after Volkswagen
they're all European though, you won't see pick up trucks or whatever they make over there
Except in Sweden where they have a boner for 50s-60s American cars.
I prefer Audi over Ford tatsächlich.
Yeah very common
Got a Ford when I passed the driving test at 18. Never bought any other brand.
I thought everyone in Italy drove lamborghini
I'll get a Mercedes when I turn 35
Back in the day, especially in early 2000s it was very popular.
But then koreans arrived and now everyone drive Hyundai or Kia.
See lots of them. I have one and so do both of my parents.
why do europeans do this?
you don't see americans claiming that because toyota makes models for the north american market they're "toyota of america."
Yes, but Fords are terribly uncomfortable.
Our Fords are German. American Fords are jokes. I can only recall seeing a handful of american Fords here, my arts teacher from highschool used to have a mustang and then there was one american larping fuckup (has the grossest mullet and goes everywhere in cowboy boots, stetson, leather vest with nothing under and short leather shorts, otherwise sweaty and smeared in shit) who had a pickup.
Uncomfortable how?
Because Ford of Europe is a subsidiary of Ford, therefore a different entity with different facilities than the american Ford

>thinking this is unique
it's embarassing the amount of hurdles europeans jump through to try and claim they're better than americans.
thank you for killing our car industry, america
Most of the good fords are from there;
Rather common, yes.
Not a big fan of Ford design tho, but the Transit is a good and reliable van.
Every now and then I see a Ford Ranger, they are ridiculously big and I doubt they are very well at off-road.
You have a car industry?
It's embarrassing how you loser are LARPing as a Jap
Yeah, they're cool.
My dad drives a Focus, it seems fine.
There was a Escort dragster here, based stuff.
Fiestas are really nice to drive
They used to be popular, around 10-15 years ago.
*had
I drive a Mustang GT
Ford Fuckus is legendary cheap shitcar here, other than that american cars are a rarity here
Small
Shitty chairs
