6 hours after the swim everything was still allright. The man watched television, laughed and talked to the friends. But at the morning, 12 hours after swimming he started to get ill. He did not go to the Florida hospital but instead started heading home, hoping that its not anything too severe.
Back in home in Memphis (not the one in Egypt) he finally went to the hospital. Doctor said it is "necrotizing fascitis" and it is eating the mans flesh. Then after some hours in hospital the man was dead.
