tourism ruined this city
Avenida 31 de março
What's living in Prague like? It looks beautiful from the pictures I've seen of it.
sometimes I miss growing up here
My dad could have lived in Zagreb, Ljubljana or his comfy village but he chose the worst possible option.
it would be 10x better without tourists
Reminds me of Portland.
Same man. My small town may have been rednecky as fuck but I still love it.
Probably not the most beautiful city in France but to me it is, the epitome of soul
Bump
It's a dangerous shithole in some places but I still love it
quite empty
Looks comfy
the old part is more comfy imo
the city is odense, if you're curious
I grew up here so I can't find any pictures because it's too close to the top secret airbase that absolutely nobody knows about and has totally remained super hidden.
My parents wete the first to build a house in that cul de sac, it was beautiful with cypress treas and bougainvillea crawling around a white traditional Mediterranean villa, then the Br*tish moved in and shat it up with their social housing tier angloblocks.
Lenin street. Differs from empire era buildings to shitty commieblocks.
soviet era part. drama theater on the right
lol its like a cutesy cobblestone street or two with a castle and bridge surrounded by miles of empty fields and communist depression. Go in the winter and you'll give serious thought to commiting suicide
What is it like living in a commieblock? Is it as shitty as it looks or is it not so bad?
what's like growing up in Mexico city? sounds infernal desu
I grew up in La Condesa, Roma, Del Valle and Narvarte, so it was nice desu
it's okay if you don't leave your room. otherwise it's pretty depressing.
>кнiгapня
cute.
Those palm tree are not from here
Town square = old world soul
Main street = new world soulless
It's a bunch of empty buildings. Even the fucking liquor store left.
Your cities look a lot better when they've been flattened t.bh
This is the closest I can get. Through I was raised in one of those little farms around the city of Tinta in Cusco Region.
where main intersects with the train station in winter
In those empty commieblocks
There's no main street that I know of. Main square, rather.
our "downtown" is nothing much. now there are apartment buildings were the parking lot is.
comfy
file was too big so here is a smaller one.
main place of the area where i live
>anglos/Russia soulless
>everyone else is comfy and interesting
Every one of these threads
What's wrong with OP's hometown?
My little town in the middle of nowhere in Maryland
>Barely legal club
What language do you all speak in Cyprus?
New Orleans is a magical place
Portland, Oregon.
fun fact: it's approx. 14 miles long
Do you despise me for visiting Prague?
>av. Juárez en lugar de Zaragoza o Hidalgo
unbased
Ends at the ocean
That's Houston, isn't it?
Same boring grid style town with absolutely nothing even somewhat interesting that's everywhere in the country. Compare it to an average European village
Based, I love Huntington.
Go there every summer
We have several main streets, but here's as close as I could find around our central square
yeah real shit to live though
i wish literally any money went into anything other than the beaches, all the roads and other infrastructure are fucking crumbling every time I revisit lmao
being flat and grided as shit also doesn't help it at all either. It's a place I wish to return to but am glad I left as well
I guess that’s the closest to a main street we have. Most Parisians avoid it, tho.
Love my hometown
why avoid it? too many tourists, or the New Frenchmen?
I miss it so much although ill never return
Bit of both. Very touristic, soulless, and the tourists attract new Frenchmen. There just isn’t much of a point to go.
Duval in key west. Bars and more bars.
It is a very small town of 1000 residents which was a military base 25yo
Steve?
Nope, there another key west poster?
Someone I know irl
>Edmonton
Nice
Looks soulless tb.h
It is, you're not far off
comfy thread desu
When I traveled to Canada it honestly seemed like a soulless but higher quality version of America. Everything where I went (Toronto) seemed clean and was of good quality but almost felt bland.
every time we have these threads the spanish and japanese pics are consistently the best and comfiest
We're in general a shitty version of the states, but I like the landscape better here. Hard to compare though considering both countries are huge and very area dependent. Toronto specifically is alright, but not at all representative of the rest of the country - as far as metropolises go, I'd say Calgary is much nicer
yeap, New Orleans seems like my kind of city.
I miss it.
leaving as soon as I stop being
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>poor
Hated this fucking town.
why do you have pennsylvania Pennsylvaniabro?
hate*
I like the state but I just hated that area.
>Looks shitty, like Ohio, and doesn't have the natural aesthetics of the mountains and the east
>Poor as hell
>People are Alabama-tier white trash
>Severely underdeveloped and isolated
>Opioids
>Town's one redeeming factor, the lake, is ruined by agricultural runoff and other pollutants
>Dipshit tourists from Pittsburgh shit up the area every summer
>dipshit tourists
mate....................... your town has 600 people.
I live in erie and even we don't have a noticeable amount of tourists
