If you're tiny then it's easier you stupid hole
Isolating your body parts will only get you injuries in the long run. You arms are naturally 2/3 tricep and 1/3 bicep and the hypertrophy should follow this principle. If you isolate your arms the heavier you lift as you progress the higher chances you will tear underdeveloped muscles.
I've seen faggots with big biceps who can't bench press 50kgs to save their fucking lives. It's cringy to say the least.

Around 30, with perfect form and full RoM. How many of you are doing full pushups and how many of you are just moving your chest down 2 inches and calling it a pushup?
Start with incline pushups, then work your way down to the floor, do knee pushups, and controlled negatives.
If you really don't want weights, get a pull-up bar and a dip bar. You're going to need to do INSANE amounts of volume to get results anywhere near weight lifting though.
I would recommend a gym if you're not NEET.
