final pump that lasts forever edition

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

Is the SPY and QQQ moon mission continuing tomorrow?

Trying to figure out if I should deleverage. What are your target prices for the week?

I'm feeling SPY 285 and QQQ 180 as my exit points for my options

Is there a point in buying anything other than ETF's

might be flat
They will probably make it look like its going to bart down to load up on small spec shorts

Didn't you say it was going to be red today?

FAANG is overvalued and GPRO is going to 0

Attached: 1541192186433.jpg (1927x2046, 333K)

not for me. i don't pretend to have an edge over analysts who study individual specific companies all day long.

yeah but me plan had me long so ended up making mad bank

GPRO $10 eoy

I'm thinking about buying NEW CONCEPT ENERGY INC COM, GBR. This occasionally shoots up and I'm hoping to bank on that.

Meme stock, don't commit more than 10% of your funds.

Shit, I sold weed just before Sessions got fired. It's mooning now.

trump knows how to get the black vote

Manlets, when will they learn?

I am very satisfied with my Lowes and citibank purchase today

Lowes and Citi are going to return less than index.

US markets are moving at the pace of the Nikkei today. It's really zen.

Strong dividend stocks are worthwhile. Defenses are a sure thing, and shit like appl, Microsoft ect.

I have no idea what to invest, my current portfolio is probably 80% EU stocks, and eurostoxx 50 and 600 hasn't moved in the negatives for the past 10 years.

I wanted to go 70% US SP500, maybe 20% emerging and 10% bonds?

stick with 70% SP500, stay away from emerging, and fuck bonds unless you need to use your stock account as a failsafe piggybank. Use that reamining 30% to invest in rising and established tech stocks, and a few meme stocks for fun.

COME ON QUINSAM CAPITAL YOU WANNA BREAK OUT SO BAD

SOOOOOOOOO BAD

>ridiculously green day to the point of bringing back half the years gains
>still abnormally low volume on back to back days
Is this a weird green to anyone else or are my spidey senses just shot?

NONONONO the midterms was supposed to be the end of trumpf pump REEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I noticed that too. Hopefully it's just hesitation on the part of risk averse whales. We'll see.

that'd be similar to my portfolio for the most part. let's see...i've got;

50% US stocks
30% non-US stocks
5% convertible bonds
5% mixed bond fund (corporate, sovereign debt)
5% cash
5% gold

the lol blue wave lol possibility was priced in back in October. Didn't happen. We bull naow.

Good thing we had that Pre-power pump to prep the Power hour Pump

Is it true that if I invested in TQQQ since 2011 with $100k, I would've made $1M?

>he fell for the bear market meme

Attached: 1512240787963.jpg (399x385, 29K)

Yes.
But you didnt,
I didnt either.

closer to $2M. hindsight is 20/20 though. those 3x funds can drop in half fairly easily, and have done so over the time period (2015)

Is there any reason not to go balls deep in TQQQ as soon as the recovery starts after the next major recession?

what about this ATH? I don't want to invest at the moment due to the fear of this being another peak 2007/2008.

what ETF do you have for non-US stocks?

Vanguard's VXUS ETF

if you wanted to go balls deep into it You should now, its far from too late. expect recover to 75-85$

yeah
and if you bought QLD the top of 2007 peak youd be up roughly 400% compared to nasdaq 250%

This, I'm really tempted not to go crazy on LABU for the next year

>ID nwiDOUbE
>I D O U B L E NOW
Holy shit LABU here I come

Attached: 2.png (333x352, 247K)

You guys are stocking up on this ATVI dip right?!

Attached: gaygaymers.jpg (1702x1054, 250K)

Labu Labu is intense
Often 20% swings per day

I didn't know about leveraged ETFs until yesterday kek

I didn't even have money until 2015.

However, what about waiting for it to drop and then getting on it? Maybe with like $50k?

holy shit that ROI

I'm EU so need to find an EU ETF

its already balls deep into a drop right now.
theres nothing more to wait for.

>he fell for the crash meme
>he panic sold at the bottom of a correction.

Attached: frog_lel.jpg (550x467, 57K)

is there a leveraged SP500 ETF like TQQQ?

SPXL

holy shit that ~30% correction

I'm assuming you guys here on Jow Forums don't think a similar 2008 crash is iminent?

should i buy CCTC or SEN?
Turbines or Coal? What is really the future? Near and midterm? what will win? just want to invest the right thing.

the overemotional retards did during the October correction, but the smart people didn't

Attached: 1539991854914.jpg (800x1135, 168K)

of course not
its the fucking golden bull run
crashes come a few times per century, we already had 2
Golden BULL now

Attached: golden-bull-by-Wieslaw-Smetek.jpg (640x470, 53K)

no fucking way dude, We arent looking at a crash for atleast another 2 years BARE Minimum

this

normal 10%-15% off the top correction, it was fast but still perfectly normal

see you guys at 3500

wrong, investing is hot now.

>I'm assuming you guys here on Jow Forums don't think a similar 2008 crash is iminent?
my belief is that was a generational crash, not to be seen again for a long time. i always keep some cash just in case though.

THREADLY REMINDER THAT DIVIDENDS ARE YOUR FREN

green day is good day

Attached: dividends-monopoly-man.jpg (423x245, 19K)

There isn't a single indicator even hinting at a crash before 2020, and now because of the Democrats' underwhelming victory we will enjoy a beautiful ride until that date.

Thanks. What about EU domiciled?

If you had to place ur finger on a good time to Invest, Now would be that time, We just got positive confirmation what like 2 or 3 days ago?

get a fuck ton of CFD's and Go balls to the wall in litterly any fucking thing and win.

Yeah, help us yuropoors to find some good etfs.

Why can't we buy the same etfs you can?

Because Euros lives have become dominated by a dystopian authoritarian state where the individual cannot be trusted.
You have my sorrow, fren

Some shit rules about if the US ETF provider firms don't provide the KIID, EU doesn't let europeans to invest, so we have to use CSPX instead of SPY or EQQQ instead of QQQ.

how does the 1 guy lose 9k last thread

>yfw people in the uk got questioned by police for an offencive bonfire
could you please not reminde me of these things

Attached: 349.jpg (637x921, 56K)

I'm the tinfoil dork talking in previous threads about how this dip was all fake bullshit by the deep state trying to throw the midterms. I went all in and now I'm swimming in gains. It's not too late for rest of you late comers, 3000 sp500 EOY, biotches.

Attached: history of comps.png (802x540, 147K)

Can't wait for Chilis!

Probably a dumb ass Options Put.
I saw it but didnt pay it much mind. He probably bought a overpriced put in what he thought to be a sure winner and got burnt.

Last minute pump. The volume today was actually quite good once you realize that not a single bear traded today. Flawless victory.

Bears liquidated

Attached: 1541542242708.png (330x277, 248K)

Just put everything I have into $SQ

Attached: 1485150154976.png (645x773, 16K)

yoinked my Canopy Rivers position at a small loss off the pump today. I dunno what the fuck was going on with that stock lagging Canopy Growth so bad the past few days but I don't want to play that game anymore. On to greener pastures.

Up bigly on the day overall. Lovely pumps on everything.

Bear hibernation plan: Just buy calls until we are at all time highs again. Re-evaluate and look for entry.

DUDE

Ding ding ding! How did everyone do today? I’m up .05%, I was killing it until my galaxy brain decided there was no way we were going above 280 and I briefly went short. I’ve learned my lesson, we bull now.

>There isn't a single indicator even hinting at a crash before 2020
I got told the same by my financial advisor, of course he wasn't telling me to buy SP500 ETF's. I was being told to invest in gold and EU mutual funds with 1-2% ter kek

It makes sense. He would've had a hard time getting a non-recused replacement through the Senate. Now that his party picked up seats he can pick whoever he wants for his cabinet.

comfy sideways day

Attached: cozy.png (838x335, 25K)

Oh yeah i used to Have a clown like that too, I had 25,000$ into (D) and he told me the most i could make investing per day was maybe 20$ if i was lucky .

close to my ATH in late September (still not there even after adding a couple grand in new capital), but I bought some cheapies that will hopefully pay off over the long haul.

I'm suspicious too. I think the real dip is still coming. I might take my profits out of this stupid bull run.

Its midterm day.

Unbelievably good day. I'm at an all time high on my initial investment a couple years ago.

>Down 1.5% today
Haha...

just buy everything and never sell, bears just go hibernate pls.

Attached: 4464684.jpg (192x250, 13K)

I'm at an all time high from my initial investment 2 days ago, went from -30 to +20

Attached: 1538010164649.jpg (500x509, 27K)
