1. That would enable Dave Kleiman's family to resume legal action.
2. That would make every government in the world know that he is Satoshi. Right now there is doubt.
3. That would make every criminal in the world know that he is Satoshi.
4. That would make every retard in the world know that he is Satoshi (in their mind they might blame him for their losses).
5. If he does a public signing people will just shift the narrative to "that only proves that he has the private keys, not that he is Satoshi". So it wouldn't benefit him. However courts can use it against him to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he is Satoshi.
