Curiously enough, I'm now going to bed at 5 AM. This schedule started to kick enough about a month and a half ago... and it sucks.

The thing about being a NEET is that you have to be disciplined in order to make good use of your free time, or else you'll reach a point where all weeks will start looking the same and you'll wonder where the fuck did the time go.

In short, you're right. However, being a disciplined and productive NEET is definitely God tier.

You should consider installing a program like flux and never install bulbs emitting white light in your computer room in case you have problems falling asleep. Really helped me to at least get back a normal sleeping pattern.

I already use flux for many many years and the light bulb I use here is somewhat dim and with a really warm color.

I just need to bite the fucking pain and wake up when my alarm clock rings.
