This would have been me if I was able to get a good job after college, and my student loans weren't even big.

>11tk
What the hell? Why so high?

You'll be fine, just don't sit and pay the minimum like most people. That's how you get sucked in. I lived like a poor man for a year with my parents even though I was making great money. Every paycheck went to my student loans and car. The year sacrifice was so worth it. I live completely relaxed and don't ever worry about finances. Go out to eat every day, cook when I want, and still put money into investments & savings every month.

fell for the pilot meme at 17 years old. finished up and realized I could make more and work less in software development

Too young to work gang

Will letting old guys fuck my boipussi help me get my loans down?

10kish at 24yo

Most signature loans at 13%

Kek

13% - brutal

Eh I make about 2k a week not really phased by the low hundred dollar payment

lol you should be "phased" by it, youre clearly living paycheck to paycheck, or you would have two months salary saved

Total 180K student loans, double because out of state.
Mom took 130K, gave me 50K
My part is down to about 15K now, but I also paid off a 16K car loan entirely. Will be helping mom pay her part off after I finish mine.
Currently 3 years out of college.
>how fucked

>Fell for the home owning meme
>230K mortgage balance on 260K house at 4.75% interest
>Wife and I together make 120K
>I consider this my biggest financial mistake

>Promised to pay girl $10 gas money that I didn't have on hand for a road trip back in college
>Never saw her again
>This mistake will haunt me for life

50k student debt and 4k creddit cards. I'm also unemployed

based and red pilled

what’s wrong with the mortgage? locked into the house or area? building equity > renting

so pay off your 10k massive interest loan, retard

>I'm also unemployed
Holy shit.

I like to live life dangerously

took a roofing job to pay mine off. 3 months getting yelled at and suffering for $17 was worth it I guess

>tfw finally paying off the last of my debt (credit cards) with tomorrow's paycheck
Time to finally start making money.

>building equity > renting

My gf has 150k in student loan debt. Should I just dump her? She’s not even cute. She’s literally the first gf not to do drugs or cheat on me with some other loser.

Depends on the degree she has. Law? Maybe keep her. African dance history and theory major? Domp it.

0 debt

the only way to live

>I like to live life in poverty

ftfy

Took out a 10k loan and put most of it into BAT (63k bag atm $23.5k usd current valuation) got into a car accident and had to buy a new car ($12k after downpayment)

Incredibly based.

143k Left on house loan
6k Student loans
3.6k 401k Loan

>Its not terrible i guess- I don't know.

Attached: 31493784727.jpg (4032x3024, 1.95M)

Ew, you pulled on your 401K???

Parents used their second mortgage to pay off my student loans. Now I'm paying off my parent's house, 14k left.

Bought a 4 bedroom house last year for 300k at 4.75% interest. All the payments are slowly draining my funds, which looks bad, but once I find a roommate or two I'll be living large.
>roommates
Fuck off, I'm lonely.

Renting is better 99%+ cases. If you own a house it's because you hate money and want to be poor.

Yeah- I'm going self directed: company match is dogshit 2%. Then take into account management fees- and the fact that im basically paying for someone to hold my money till im 65 and i cant touch it without their permission - I dont know why i fell for this scam.

I Took a 4.8k Loan in Oct- Just before that downturn which im pretty hyped about becuase that was a solid / lucky call.... And since then its turned into 7.2k - So 3.6k profit from just safe investments nothing crazy- investing in long term / dividends and diversifying then re-rolling that profit

truthfully, i dont know why i didn't do this sooner- if i can clear 52$ profit i beat out the shitty ass company match and have 100% control of my money at all times.
