> tfw been on 4chinz since 2007
> remember seeing btc shilled on /b/ in early 201x
> remember people offering me btc for my WoW account when I was selling it and I turned them down

The only solace I have is that I will not be saying the same thing in 202x when BTC is 100k+

I will never forget that I missed a huge opportunity

Very easy to say in hindsight, nobody knows what the big thing will be 10 years down the line. If you did you would be investing in it now,

lol don't think about it. It's all hindsight.

> tfw bitcoin and crypto changed my life 360 degree

I no longer play video games

This

In terms of the 21 million bitcoin limit, you own one ten-millionth of all bitcoins that will ever exist. That's a massive proportion for one person. If bitcoin catches on and becomes as mainstream as gold, owning that amount will do you well. Owning 2 BTC could be like owning 17kg or 37lb of gold, which is about $700,000. If bitcoin does well long-term, that could be you.

go on

You should put every penny you have into Bitcoin right now. Don't worry about the price probably dropping down to $2000 in the near future. Think long term. You'll thank yourself in 5 years.

>The only solace I have is that I will not be saying the same thing in 202x when BTC is 100k+

Probably not happening

honestly im putting 75% of my income into different coins + bitcoin every week at this point since september, i dont even fucking care at this point i just want to fucking make it

>massive proportion
no its not user

that's the spirit lad

Holy fuck are you me ? I started working my first job in September

17kg of gold is the same proportion of all gold in existence as 2BTC.

Show your accumulation fren

I don't know much, I'm sure my math is way off, but as a hypothetical, if as many people take bitcoin as seriously as they take gold, then 2BTC would be sizable for your average guy. You won't be rich, but you'd get a really nice bit of cash from that.

Nice fren

at least you understand that op.

much better than late adopters still desperately clinging to shitcoins and funding tokens like link or bcash, thinking they're still early

Yep, thank god i dodge scams like link and tron

You know what you have to do? Right OP?

>I fell for the XRP meme
>Down 70%
>Ripple execs are liquidating because its about to drop even more

Is there any greater humiliation?

I was working late sept 2017 for the first time after years of playing video games / finishing school and i did a school project on bitcoin in 2013 and didn't think to buy it, got lil burned in 2017 then but only a few hundred and quit the job in march but started working properly sept 2018 - march 2019 again while in college pouring it all in and now im doing a comfy paid work placement where im actually making more and every weeky get 480 euro and i put in roguht 350-420 every week now

i dont have blockfolio but i have
7.5k LINK (going for 10k)
15k LIT (ico)
1 million HOT
14 eth
10k VIDT (managed to ride this pump a lil)
and like 3k cash in tether waiting for btc to dip after riding some pumps like LTO and KNC thinking of where to dump it into or maybe just load it to try hold 1 btc whenever it hopefully dumps near to 3,2k, if not im just going to keep dumping savings into binance and throw it into other coins

Sure...buy their bags

It's too risky to buy now. At best you'll get a 2x return. It's unlikely for BTC to return to its previous ATH.

LOL

This was exactly me in 2009, the difference is that I knew about BTC and I EVEN TRADED STOCKS.

I do not regret anything. I could back in time with the same mentality in 2009 and still would not buy BTC. I remember thinking if I should buy BTC and I honestly thought it was a scam like many penny stocks, TOO RISKY.

YOU JUST DON'T KNOW.

It's like trusting your savings right now on some random russian scam coin.

same with most people. hindsight is 20/20.
you made a perfectly sane judgement thinking bitcoin wasn't going to the thousands (and quick)

>btc will have future
ouch

Pick a few random penny stocks
which will moon?
would you risk it?
this was btc years ago

the lies we tell ourselves to help us sleep at night, eh

I only play Nintendo games now

Consolidate all your alts (and 0.55 BTC) into ETH. Every single person on here should own at least 1 BTC and 32 ETH before speculating on low caps

i feel the same way user.
i was unironically a wage slave factory worker doing 12hr shifts back when Buttcorns were around $20
a degenerate autist that i worked with first told me about bitcorns
i didnt listen to him and was a late adopter in 2017

im in a good position right now with bag accumulation for the 2020/2021 golden bull run
but i'll never get over the god damned regret of not doing the research on bitcoin back in the day when i first found out about it.

same. im more obsessed with making money and getting crypto gains. exchanges are the only games i play now. hell, i cant even be entertained when im playing a proper video game anymore. its just boring.

One of the few people in the thread who will make it. Next week I'll finally own 32 ETH, in a year I hope to own 64.

Imagine having BTC when it was $300 , spending it on fucking drugs and thinking you're a clever cunt grinding to make a measly 3x

BSV is not a meme and if craig turns out to be satoshi next year................

Attached: IMG_20190421_035950.png (780x439, 451K)

I didn’t have any money to buy btc, I’ve known about since 2010, finally had money in late 2017 but didn’t buy in (turned out to be a great decision). But I’m seriously considering buying in now considering it’s the only crypto the general public knows about and will most likely moon again, just like every other market

this dude gets it

Dca investing 60-75% of my income a week since 2017 when I got into crypto for real has netted me 4.52 bitcoin since nov 2017. I lost 1 in 2018 trying to margin trade but that was meh

He is not Satoshi, at all.

>Craig: I cannot post from the origin wallet because that would prove I'm Satoshi and I'd be in danger and legally liable!
>Also Craig: I will sue you to LEGALLY AFFIRM I am satoshi
He isn't. He just isn't.

Based. I just got my first professional job and I'm pumping $300 goosebucks into btc and ethereum with each paycheck. If the prices hold, I'll have a year to accumulate and break the 32 ETH barrier.

yeah but stocks did very well the last 10 years

did you make it?

Same, from SomethingAwful.

Seemed like such a scam then
Even as a joke I could have easily purchased well over 1000+ bitcoins and mined hundreds when I knew of it.
But I would have probably lost it all via MtGox anyway

I tried to buy some bitcoin in 2012 but I had trouble getting some.

that's a gambling addiction fren

yeah I know that feel, I lost around 50 playing leverage and sold another 50 between 200 and 500

It felt more like investing in WoW gold with a worse inflation rate and without a big company behind it

>found out about bitcoin in 2011, even bought a decent gpu to mine it with
>turns out bitcoin wallet had to download whole blockchain all the time to keep in sync
>at the time i used a limited internet connection, where you pay for each megabyte you download
>parents get mad after receiving a huge bill for internet and electricity and sell my pc
>there goes my plan to become a millionaire from internet meme coins

Attached: 1555599309368.jpg (809x1024, 88K)

i bought the first time in 2013 - and was only able to do so cause i put some severe dedication behind it. it was a total pain in ass back then to buy bitcoin as a normie, you guys can hardly imagine.

> tfw didn't buy **** in 2019 - 2022 instead i was complaining on biz

>mfw all those dark web junkies with spare btc in their wallets became millionares

Unlikely. If they were junkies I'd imagine they would have spent all of the BTC on drugs or at the very least be dumb enough to not remember the private keys

Faggot
I play open rollercoaster tycoon 2 while trading on the other screen to gain sats

If you knew about BTC in 2009 and didn't at least put $10 or even $100 bucks in you're just stupid beyond belief. First - it didn't seem untrustworthy at all. Second - even if it was, you'd buy it just for the CHANCE that it might catch on. If you're trading stocks, $100 should be nothing. It absolutely didn't seem like a russian scam coin, and it was a completely new concept you couldn't really compare with anything before. If you didn't just say 'fuck it, this will either get me rich or I'll be a few bucks poorer, but at least I'll have tried' you're just dumb.

This the absolute state of regret
