Alright I went through the technical shit:
They are not using chainlink, they will be using an internal validator network using something called libraBFT. So instead of outsourching the validation to a publicly independently verifiable network such as chainlink they will do it internally and with this compromise their "blockchain" by effectively making it fully centralized.
This confirms that facebookcoin is pretty much a chuck-e-cheese token backed by facebook saying its backed by shit instead of having it publicly verifiable.
Judgement: 100% shitcoin, also supposedly stablecoin so no profit to be made with the coin itself: stay away
