I got into a motorcycle accident at 18, 20 now. The dude that pulled out in front of me was an old boomer in his 60's. Broken Leg, Broken hand, fractured 2 ribs and PTSD from it. Got 50K from it but ended up with 15K left after all my medical expenses. I'm recovered fully though and all the money I got from it I put into chainlink. That 10K that I put into chainlink is now worth 84K, I think the universe put me on this path but moral of the story fuck boomers.

Also more information for OP, this site is filled with shills, pajeets and shitposters that will try to sell you on the coin they're invested in, or they'll try to scare you out of an investment to get a cheaper deal. No alt coin is a guaranteed moonshot, but some of them may prove to be decent - do your own research, research the product, read the whitepapers and make your own decisions, only then can no on scam you. Oh, and of course, go all in on Harmony.

The main thing is that they have partnerships with big companies (so their product is valuable in some way). They are doing business with Google, and they have a MASSIVE following here on Jow Forums.

Thanks bud. I'm glad you like the thread. I don't plan on going too deep into this stuff. I don't enjoy gambling and a lot of this seems very volatile. Chainlink seems fun, it makes sense to me. It's investing in something that provides a service and they're partnered with big companies so that's somewhat reassuring. In comparison, I don't think i'd invest in "brapcoin" or "zuckbucks". It just sounds like a waste of time. Thank you for your kind words. Let's hope I don't fall into the hole and get addicted and go broke.

You've gotta start with the basics.
Youve gotta have an understanding of basics. Economics, stats, finance. Educate yourself, and it can come alongside investing. The more I learn, the more most of it is useless in specific cases, but all of it is invaluable for painting a broad picture.
Have a cashflow first. Settle your basic needs, and get a cashflow you can set say, 200/mo to invest with
Get on coinbase, fuck around with 20-50 bucks. Transfer it around and get familiar with how it works. Get familiar with wallets. Read about the tech. Understand all the basics, read wikipedia on blockchain theory, get up to date on where things came from and where they are going.
Crypto is intrinsically volatile and speculative, but it's the land of 1000x. Maybe go into something more stable with half that 200. I've been learning commodities. Then take your crypto money and speculate. Read directly from developers, check their news, research background of teams. Confirm everything. Many people have been burned when "partnerships" disappear.
Be prepared for all crypto money to go to zero.
