Most of it would be focused on her chest due to drool, but there would still be a fair bit across the rest of her body.
I'll reply with a template image for some sweatdrops to be used, but if the quality isn't good enough, any of Reiq's Jigglygirls series would be a good place to grab some from.

Yeah, I wanted to remove the cum from her chest for the most part, but I suppose using that as a base could work, just with a whole lot less of it and perhaps making it more clear instead of white.
