Making this thread well let's be honest not like others are any better
Seriously I just worked out for under an hour and I feel better, so even if you are not in the mood do try at least 20 mins and you will probably do more
it will lift you up especially if you worry too much about politics or don't usually workout
Feel good during and a few hours after a big workout. Wish it lasted longer

100% true. I've had problems with depression my whole life and have bad side effects with every antidepressant I've ever tried which is a blessing in disuise. Lifting and working out fix me right up. I get in first thing in the morning before anything else and it always feels good. I go about 4 times a week and would go more if my work schedule allowed it.
Matthew Robinson
yes the important thing is to make a plan and try to stick to it more or less but not deviate too much or over do it
yeah most people are too busy with their routine they exhaust themselves and depending on the job some sit too much and move to litle
Connor Wilson
>suited grip OK
Blake Adams
suicide grip with 135 is not really a suicide grip
Michael Gray
wow o no what a mistake must be better to not workout at all...
lets not discuss on the unimportant
Robert Ross
You can try with very light stuff to gain confidence and that boost OP is talking about. You'll feel more motivated with a short jog or even using elastic bands. Eventally you'll want bigger challenges and either buy weights or go to the gym. Trying to go from zero to hero the first day can be depressing.
Gavin Perez
>working out for less than an hour everyday KYS you non lifting fag
Easton Thomas
buying weights are better is better long run + less reasons to say I can't
dumbbells, bench, barbell, couple of weights and you are set
Easton Clark
well its better then nothing fag
Nicholas Stewart
duh you tard. Then after the workout you go to pol so you feel angry. Then go workout. It's the never ending workout program that works. it's why were all here Except youre supposed to do deep squats with heavy weight, not gay-bench with girl weight. noob
Eli Green
Jow Forums here it works only during the first month, we're all still pathetic virgins back in our board
there's an intial lag period where you're probably not good at it and you haven't seen many if any noticeable results yet. once you get over that, you start get more into it
you also have to have the emotinal leverage of being happy where you are and knowing where you want to be, and for the later to outweigh the former
Parker Thomas
this works 100% even just doing a few pyramids of pushups and pullups with make you feel great
Henry White
Also, quit beating off. If youre very addicted, start off small, like going 3 to 5 days without jacking your dick.
>just work out bro >just sleep on it bro >just go outside bro
Cameron Reyes
It's simple truth. You will feel better.
Brandon Campbell
>absolute depths of blackpill >who cares about anything, the world will end within ten years >even if it doesn't I'll end up a mentally ill homeless bum anyway >go outside >wind blows the trees around me >wtf nevermind I love life now
Just go outside and turn your brain off for a minute, you'll b fine
Dominic Collins
Just watch megalo box no need to work out yourself
Connor White
>>just go outside bro
well yeah better than giving too much time to the screen
Jaxon Howard
>start doing light running, bodyweight exercises and stretching >cut down on drinking, high carb foods and sugar >lose 1kg in 5 days >it all falls apart by the weekend; fast food, too much drinking, weed, fapping I am weak
>be depressed piece of shit >haven't worked out in over a year >finally decide to work out >can barely do a fraction of what I used to lift, feel retarded and weak Feels bad man
As long as it is stated, curlbros and no leg day fags are not white.
Hudson Rivera
then try again and again far better then not doing anything
still it will come back
Jordan Gutierrez
This never worked for me, I was generally more depressed after working out and I was pretty serious for about a year. Now I just don’t give a fuck and try to think less about my body.
Liam Barnes
Keep doing it Willpower is trained, it's not something that appear miraculously
It's satisfying, both for the fact that it feels productive and seeing progress on my own body, but it hasn't helped me much in regards of depression or my mental state for that matter. I still suggest doing it to most people though.
You finally decided to work out though. Use the reduced lift weights as motivation to keep going and to get back to your previous strength, don't use it as a way to demotivate yourself and stop. If you stop now, then you'll never get back to where you were.
We all make mistakes. But what makes you is the fact that you try again, and again, and again, until you make it. Just keep at it though, user. You can do it.
Mason Hill
It depends.
If you go and do 10 reps of the biggest weight you can manage, then call it a a day, you will never achieve the great mental health benefits of exercise and weight lifting.
Don't lift big.
Lift a weight you can do 10 or 20 reps of, and do 5 or 10 sets.
This releases way more happy brain chemicals I think.
