I'm Gen Z (21 yo, so near the older part of the group) and I'm pretty red pilled. Most of my friends (who are all socially competent young men who aren't anime recluse neckbeards are pretty far right relative to modern politics. A lot of them own guns, and not just fudd shit. The only thing is that they're mostly libertarian. I live in an extremely blue state and these guys hate socialism, liberals, and cultural Marxism. They haven't made the connection to fascism yet, but as we all know, a libertarian who hates degeneracy is just a fascist in the making.

They all have AR-15s with Gadsden snakes on the receivers and they like Hoppean Snake memes. This gives me hope because this is what I liked before I became full-Jow Forums.

The boys of Gen Z are actually really very based. They're still young tho; give them a few years to mature into their views.

This is accurate. There is no moderates among Gen Z. Half of them are either libertarians who hate cultural Marxism or boomer conservatives who also hate cultural Marxism, and the other half is full on tranny socialists.

I have some teens saying transgender people belong in faggot jail to get retrained and become normal again, and the other half of those teens tell me I can’t show a movie like Forest Gump because it promotes racism, makes fun of disabled people and stars a white male lead.

Also Gen Z is already in college. The cutoff was more or less 2000-2004 for millennial to Z, so there are a few who already grew up and are going to college now. I’d honestly even argue from my experiences that Gen Z ideals started with kids born in the late late 90s, because they would also barely recall 9/11

2008 seems too early. 2015 makes more sense. I know 10 year olds who are definitely in the Gen Z category. And some 8 and 7 year olds my friends are raising absolutely already seem Gen Z enough. I go out of my way to avoid the current world and its pop culture and way of life as much as possible just so I can be happy while everyone else is upset. I pride myself in being antisocial and love either secluding myself or going on mini adventures places and exploring locally to be happy. I'm into old music and locally made or antique things. There's nothing more satisfying to me than heading out into an empty nature trail or surrounding areas and having everything to yourself or those close to you. It's like rediscovering wilderness. Is this like Gen Z?

Seems like the defining factor are the parents. Gen Z have GenX for parents. The few millennials with genX parents also seem very polarized compared to those with boomer parents.
