I've lived here since I was 4-5 years old and,expect "winter",forearms and face are slightly tanned,in summer If I don't take care of my skin I end up with burns.
How can people go outside and feel good when the sun hits their body?Even with my face tanned I still feel like I am being grilled when the sun hits me.
I workout in the morning and just go out for 10-15 minutes to produce vitamin D.
