My map isnt done. But I think its better. ethnonationalism is important, but leftist centers in Europe ruin nations and should be isolated when necessary.
Basques, Catalonia, Serbs, Bosnia, Croatia and Hungarians need their own country or country expanded to fit majority population. Catholic North Ireland should join the South, with the rest staying with UK like they want to. Germany and Austria should be united.
North Central and South Italy are too different and dysfunctional. Belgium is basically half french and half dutch and should be split up.
Nordic countries should be more united while having exclusion zones for leftists. One in North Denmark and one in South Finland/ North Norway and Sweden.
Exclusion zone for leftists in Brandenburg and Berlin to watch them try East Germany 2.0 and Fail. Exclusion zone in south Portugal where the Socialist party runs things.
Open to North Scotland being independent, some sort of French exclusion zone for leftists, also one in Greece

Protestants in North Ireland want to be with the UK and the Catholics want to be with the rest of Ireland, so letting the Protestants join the south is at least an improvement for everyone.
Scandinavia I used historical countries and voting patterns to make my decision. The North if the base for the Socialist parties and also the Sami people who are not white.
Austria was a difficult decision, it was not casual. If more people wanted it separate, i would be fine with that. A lot of people like Greater Germany too.
Brittany although slightly raclally diffrent from the rest of France, does not act diffrent from the region. South Portugal and North Portugal consistently vote left and right respectively and have a culture split.

I made a third version incorporating some of your ideas. I dont think every small cultural deviation needs a country. If they vote the same and speak the same language then its fine.
Splits should be if there is evident divide like language, and voting pattern. I know people will be pissy about my map enclosing doomed areas leftists continue to run, so I cut down on them. I wanted a Europe of cultures and languages that have their own distinct country not run by left wingers.

I'd still have Brittany, Corse and Flander cut off France as to not create too much power inbalance since while UK, Italy, Spain and to a degree even Germany get fractioned France remains united gaining more land than its loses, thus coming off far more advantaged than others
Plus Brittany and Corse have far different cultures than that of France and had plenty of autonomy movements, for ethnic interest they should be separated
As for Italy, thinking about it the centre can be incorporated with Southern Italy, which i don't think would last long if left alone to its devices
For the islands, between Sicily and Sardinia, it's better to incorporate Sicily within Southern Italy, Sardinia is far culturally different from mainland Italy, at best it can be joined with Corse

I have been trying to make my maps ethno nationalist while at the same time isolating hard core left centers in Europe that drag various countries down. It was more Just a name thing because of the ethnic minority up north. I could split it up more, but the problem with Nordic countries is that the Leftist culture is overwhelming. The right parties are even moderate right. Actual conservatives are small. There needs to be a union of like minded people if Sweden, Norway Denmark and Finland are going to be awesome again. Diluting the left who dominates the north helps that.
