That is a fine list of ideals and I believe you would be hard-pressed to find more than a handful of Jewish politicians and academics and politicians that support even most of them.
Those ideas have been under constant attack since the first influx of Jewish settlers in the early 20th century and they are so common-sense that they need to be continually argued, attacked and slandered 100 years later. Delve deeply into these debates and you will find a preponderance of Jews debating those ideals because they are dangerous to a small community of nomads who profit off of their host society.

It is best not to think of jews as a religious group. There are orthodox jews, secular jews, atheist and agnostic jews who identify that way. Jews are a tribe of people who have adapted and flourished in civilizations all over the planet by maintaining a strong identity of 'jewishness' and a strong in-group preference for anyone belonging to their tribe.
The theology angle is very interesting but secondary to the discussion.
