Well, I can't tell you how to build handguns. If you want to build some subguns you should Google the term "PA Luty .PDF".
If you have access to parts kits, barrels, and receiver flats, all you really need to build AK's is a 12 ton hydraulic press ($100), a drill press (less than $100 used), a spot welder, and jigs.
You can build an Uzi with a $150 parts kit, a $100 barrel, a $80 receiver repair piece, a bench vise, a bench grinder, a ruler, and a wire welder.

All you really need as far as hard to get stuff is a drill press and an assortment of drill bits, and screw sets. The major shaping is done with hacksaws and files.
