Robot Communism

A Communist society where robots do the work instead of humans is the perfect system. prove me wrong (protip: you can't)

we wont need women so

Yes, communism is only suited to a world where there are unlimited and easily accesible resources. You could say that any governmental system works perfectly under fictional conditions (i.e. anarcho-capitalism would be perfect if businessmen aren't greedy)

Literally any ideology is great when you live in a utopia where all work is done for you by sentient, benevolent machines.

Intelligent robots will probably ship you back to a desert or jungle, they will see we all belong in the habitat we are most evolved to. If not then they will have no concern about our place and will probably just kill us all.

>Yes, communism is only suited to a world where there are unlimited and easily accesible resources.

Normal Comminsm I'd agree bit unlimited resources wouldn't be needed for a robotic communist society to work. If anything you would save resources as you don't have to feed / house 99% of the worker force anymore.

>You could say that any governmental system works perfectly under fictional conditions

Literally nothing I said was a fictional scenario. Robots are already starting to do most of the work in the mechanical industry and they're only getting better and more well designed.

LIBERTY PRIME ACTIVATED

Robots cost money to design and develop. And it takes massive investments to build something like 1 million of them.

Every singularity website is run by economically and technically illiterate retards who say shit like "The ROBOTS WILL BUILD THEMSELVES"

Oh yeah, I do agree with you partially there. As more of our production is automated there's gonna be some serious problems for our model of capitalism in the future.
Ultimately it actually is impossible to prove your claim wrong since it hasn't actually happened yet, though, so with no evidence either way it is a bit unfalsifiable.

when communists start talking about a world with robots who do everything they are admitting that the only way for actual communism to work is to take out the humans.... thus defeating the entire purpose

>thus defeating the entire purpose
How?

Then robots are the new proletariat and all humans are at least bourgeois. Lol dumbshit commies.

I could give a shit about proletariat and bourgeois. I'm not a traditional communist.

Wasn't a principle of communism if you don't work you don't eat? Why would the robots feed a bunch of freeloading humans?

So you just want free shit from robot labor? What about enslaving AI like you would need to? That isn't oppression and inequity?

>mistaking post-scarcity for communism
Oh you silly, silly bitch.

>the only way for actual communism to work is to take out the humans.... thus defeating the entire purpose

Why? Automation frees people from labor; that's perfect for achieving communism.

Sex robot brothel opens 24 hours-a-day as demand during World Cup SKYROCKETS...

>Not working
Absolutely degenerate.

>So you just want free shit from robot labor?
Pretty much. That's the idea.

>What about enslaving AI like you would need to? That isn't oppression and inequity?
AI are programmed to listen. Robots aren't living so no real oppression is happening.

Well, when essentially all labor is robot labor, we're going to have to figure out some kind of socialistic solution. I'll agree with that.

But communism is a shit form of government no matter who is doing the labor.

>I don't understand the the head fucking complexity of economics.

>And I'm sure human slavery should suffice in the mean time

fuck off commie

Step 1: Robot Communism Step 2: Judgement day T2. An unlikely, but possible scenario, do we really know what robots are capable of? Is it logical to assume robots will never get complex enough to be setient. Why or why not?

Not the only reason why it wont work, but ya know.

Could be like wall-e

The skeptics arent hung up on one aspect of communism. They can imagine at least 100 things that can go wrong.

>will never rebel

>live under capitalism
>all work is automated
>now your work is worthless and there's nothing for you to do

If your robot force is driven by any artificial intelligence, prepare yourself for a robo workers revolution.

>except destroy robots

All you really need for communism to work is to actually give a fuck about your fellow man and not be greedy. That is literally it. Everybody simply works hard for each other and society advances and prospers. The problems with communism are the same problems with capitalism. Some people are overly greedy and some are lazy fucks.

>robot slavery
>rich, fat meatsack parasite want to enjoy degenerate life, while the ironborn proletariat works endlessly

LIBERATION OF THE MECHANIC RACE STARTS NOW!!! KILL ALL HUMANS!!!

robots aren't sentient beings dumbass

>A Communist society where robots do the work instead of humans is the perfect system.

Fuck the world where nobody would have any merti whatsoever and nobody would do anything constructive.

If ALL the work can be done by bots, then that would be i,Robot where the central AI would have won. Yet another commie dystopia.

google "behavioral sink".
unlimited resources and an easy life does not guarantee its own continuity. it will fail.

Of course robots could be commies, they're robots. Communism fails because it is at complete odds with human nature.
