What's a good present or a way to say ''thank you'' to a team i'm working with (managing) for the good work they've done?
I want it to be something meaningful not just a chocolate and a cup. But then again I don't have time to search for individual presents for each one.

If your work has an internal method like employee recognition or profit sharing submitting to that and fighting to make sure they get recognized is the best way. If no such channel exists taking them out for beers on a Friday or just gift cards is a good way to show you value the work they've done.

If only there was a way in capitalism to reward its employees. What about bonus money?

I want to poke bambi

give them a paid day or two off

You could have a gift raffle. Everybody gets a gift, but it may not be the same (i.e. gift cards, dildo, whatever fuck you).

They're not really employees. It's student council that I'm leading. We are not getting paid. It's my personal money that will go in these presents anyway.

How old are they?

Thank you for your valuable input. Your boldness is sure to land you a woman of that particular elk (ilk,SeeWhatIDidThere?).

18-22. We are in Europe though, so alcohol is a allowed present.

just give them a sincere thanks in person. if you dont have enough money for something like a free dinner then just skip the gift cus nobody needs stupid shit like a mug

You could throw a pizza party and maybe have a raffle to see who wins a prize (perhaps a gift card as previously stated).

$10-20 amazon voucher.

Everyone on the team will be able to do the maths of how much you spent and they can buy their own thoughtful nick nack.

Right now I need some compression knee sleeves. I can afford them but they're not a priority in my monthly budget and I have thicker ones I can use.

I'd like it if my manager got me some knee sleeves rather than a fucking chocolate mug with my name misspelled on it.

Treat them to a nice lunch or put some money down for them at a bar if you socialise with them outside of work

Gifts seem awkward.

If possible I'd suggest buying pizzas for the last meeting or something. Or perhaps chocolate shots and then all walking to the bar, but it depends where you are and who they are.

Arrange a paintballing day or something like that

Something tells me OP's colleagues are not American teenagers on the verge of puberty.

I see what you did there. Can we see what's under the bambi?

Get them a stripper.

Sends nudes of you smiling with a thumbs up and pointing at your erect penis.

Have "look what you made me do" typed across top.

>They're not really employees. It's student council that I'm leading
I'd go with and supply drinks too. Students love pizza

Are you a teacher or a student?

Just take them out to a decent restaurant for a thank you meal. Let them know that it's specifically for the great work they did.

Bill will probably add up a fair bit, but eh, it's what I would do.
