I have a weird skin thing going on and I don't know what it is or how to treat it help

I have dark, flaky dark patches in between my breasts.

What is this? How do I treat it?

See a doctor.

acanthosis nigricans?

Gonna need to see a pic OP. You know the drill. Assume the position.

Don't have a PCP because my insurance changed this year and I call the 1-800 number at the back of my insurance card and these dick heads are insanely hard to reach

Reached out to some offices and they're not accepting my current health insurance rn

>acanthosis nigricans

Could you get that on your chest? I know it's associated with diabetes

This is so repulsive. I shower every day and I moisturize I'm not really sure why I have it it actually came out of nowhere

What's your age, weight and cleaning habits like. Also, are you white, brown or black?

I'm 22 years old and I'm 150 pounds. I clean thoroughly I use a body scrub from my hands to my feet on a daily basis. I've actually been attempting to scrub the hell out of this but nothing happens or comes off. I'm on birth control but I have been for a while. I'm Hispanic.

Hmm. Focus isn't so great. Can you try again? I think it's probably nothing but I can't be sure.

Scrubbing actually makes things worse, FYI. Exfoliating a little is fine, trying to sand off your skin isn't.

Ay mami, lets see some more eh

OP disappeared. Shit. I am disappoint in her lack of desire to know what her skin condition is.

I can't take a good picture but it looks like a milder case of this
I want to get it settled so it doesn't get worse (if it can)

I went through the forum where I got this picture and they don't know anything either

Looks like literally nothing to me. Your tits were better looking though.

Try a gentle formula of soap or exfoliant - I used Softsoap the kind with oil cleansers and baby wash. I really cant remember which worked better for me. You can even add a small amount of body oil to whatever soap you like to use, just try to research soaps that are gentle.

Stay hydrated!

Moisturize with Palmer's Cocoa butter oil after showering, and don't use water that's too hot when you shower. Hot water dehydrates your skin.

You could find approx $5-bottles of Vitamin C serum to mix into the cocoa butter oil for a diluted concentration where the vitamin c isnt too strong.

If you want to exfoliate, try to do it with colder water and smaller exfoliants - dont scrub too hard, you may just need a washcloth or a paper towel but you definitely shouldn't scour your skin. Be patient with your skin.

So all that oily moisturizer should be patted mostly dry, try not to apply too much of everything. Anyway good luck guapa! Eres hermosa, te quiero, Amate a ti misma, tiene paciencia con su cuerpo. Respeta la! Hidra te!!

Thank you so much for this I'll definitely try this

I have a lot of the stuff you mentioned because I'm really good at taking care of my skin and this just popped out of nowhere. Only anxious because it was completely blemish free.
I don't think it's anything superficial though since I can't pick at it or feel a texture it so I'll try to drink more water on top of doing what you told me and see what happens

Women (and fat people) get heat rashes where folds of skin, darkness, and moisture allow fungi to grow). You can try an anti fungal ointment, then after it clears up, use a powder, like Gold Bond to keep things dry.

See if a little tan helps it.

This has zero to do with dryness. It’s the opposite actually. Candida...

Thanks! Comment below you seems to agree

I am pretty busty, if I get treatment will it go back to looking how it used to?

Perhaps it's Ichthyosis?

I have it all over my lower half and even on my dick. Thankfully it's not the flaking kind.

Google it and see if that could be the issue OP. Apart from that, maybe see a doctor. Note that GP's may not necessarily be able to diagnose correctly, so maybe a dermatologist is the best option.

Insulin resistence issue, happens in fat people in areas that rub a lot. You're probably a pre diabetic fatty

Unless you're 5'10, you're over weight. You're probably pre diabetic

It can be permanent because it’s like scar tissue now. (It’s like bras irritating the skin around boobs, so many girls have it, it just gets shooped out of porn pics).

Should I watch why I eat? I know diabetes is common among my family and I'm Hispanic so there's a greater risk factor

OP, post more pics, has it progressed at all?

post tits you whore. also you have cancer

Can't really see it clearly here, user. Gonna need something a bit better. Also what brand bra is that? It looks nice. Is it comfy?

Looks like eczema
