I think you are mixing futurism with fascism my friend. Technology and state serves the volk, not the volk serving the state. Mechanization is a tool to improve the lives of the volk, not to enrich the elite (which is what currently happens).
But isn't Fascism also about working for the good of the nation? And also extreme censorship/expulsion of national enemies? And how does someone who is not working, and who is not guaranteed a paycheck in a system where labor is controlled by the state, stay alive? Firstly, volk =/= state. The state itself is a tool to be used and replaced is necessary, but the race is an immutable characteristic that has to be maintained, the state serves the people not the other way round. Secondly, a social security net (which is what I advocate) would ensure the people are always looked after, in an ideal world the people would not have to work, and instead peruse personal goals. This is unrealistic however, such as is your proposition that many people will be put out of work by mechanisation. When some parts of the economy are mechanised more jobs are created and the population is retrained. As for extreme censorship or the lack of rebellion, you need to look at the fascistic systems of history, they never once turned on their own people and supressed them.
I think your question in itself is ridiculous, for if there was wide spread mechanisation within a capitalist system the people would be even worse off. There would be no safety net, there would be no state to ensure welfare.
