But compared to those other "brutal dictators" in the middle east he kinda really was a brutal dictator.
He was an Arab nationalist though, which is not good, considering that Arabs are the biggest subhumans in the middle East.
He also used depleted Uranium (brought to him by the US lol) in the Iran-Iraq war, from which people in Western Iran are still suffering today.
In conclusion, he was better for Iraq than America obviously, but still more on the bad side when comparing him with other middle Eastern leaders like Assad, Gaddafi, Rohani, ...

My dad used to be able to travel there for work in the oil industry. It was a comfy, relatively safe and stable place where everyone could make money and enjoy a reasonable standard of living. Now its a shithole infested with islamic bullshit and poverty.
