I've only had school uniforms in secondary school. In primary school and high school all were wearing decent clothes. There were once in a long while an incident someone wore something against the rules got punished and that was a lesson for the rest. If a school has school uniforms teachers should have also special uniform

This drives me nuts. The uniforms at my daughters' school is like this. The girls wear the school tartan and actually look presentable even with dumpy polos, but the boys wear khakis and look like they're at a Unite the Right rally. How do you fix this? You can't make the boys wear tartan pants, that would look even worse.
