There's a stupid large amount of parties. Governments are formed by a group of parties that together have more than 50% of the votes. What this means is that a right-wing party can get 49% of all of the votes, and still not be a part of the government because the cuck leftists always stick together when they aren't cannibalizing one another.

If a party gets pissed enough, they can just pull the plug and resign from the government, collapsing the entire thing usually. It's a very bad system overall in my opinion.
