The massacre at Columbine High was committed by multiple persons, including an unidentified adult.

Why were the other perpetrators never charged?

Chris Wisher, sophomore (1261)
He turned and saw two guys carrying shotguns, and wearing black trench coats. A 3rd guy wearing a white T-shirt and jeans was seen throwing bombs onto the roof.

Jake Apodaca, sophomore (653)
He was at the soccer field, heard firecrackers. He turned and saw two guys carrying shotguns, wearing black trench coats and black T-shirts. He sees a 3rd guy wearing a white T-shirt and jeans, throwing a bomb onto the roof.

Jonathan Cole, freshman (749)
He noticed two tall guys in black trench coats. He then saw a third male, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. This person looked over to the other two suspects, and yelled "GO!! GO!!"

William Arapkiles, freshman (660)
He states that he was at the soccer field, and heard firecrackers. He turned and saw 3 people near the West entrance. Two were wearing black trench coats, and carrying guns. The third was wearing a white T-shirt, and no visible gun. The person in the white T-shirt was pacing back and forth about five feet away from the two gunmen.

"Reporter said that numerous witnesses he spoke to who were not named said they saw 3 gunmen."

At 11:35pm on 4-20 the team enters CHS for another search. "We were advised that 2 suspects(shooters) might still be in the school." (2+2=4)

Littleton PO Mike Eyman(8670)
Advised that "there were possibly 4 suspects in the school."

While being driven out of the senior lot, she hears fireworks outside. She turns around and sees 3 males at the top of the stairs. None of them are H&K. (3+2=5)

Construction worker near CHS; he refers to a black BMW and a small tan car drive down his cul-de-sac, followed five minutes later by the sound of bombs. A co-worker says the BMW was filled with 4 teenagers, the tan car which followed it had 2 people in it(7430).

(UFN) Vassar(4691)
Sees 4-5 individuals at 11:15am dressed in black walk away from the school, all wearing trench coats, except one, who was wearing cami pants.

Was told by Courtney Shakowski she saw 4 to 5 TCMers enter cafeteria with a big, black duffel bag. Shakowski's interview itself(1157) only refers to 5 possible suspects in the parking lot.

2130 hours: "2 suspects believed dead inside, 1 arrest, 1-2 other supects/associates."

A member of the TCM names 5 people in the attack group. Says another 5 helped plan the attack and helped provide guns and bombs.

Was told by Sean Graves in a hospital visit that he saw 5 or 6 people throwing 'devices' in the cafeteria.

Met H&K and 4 other boys at the mall. They showed her a map of where they would bomb the school. (2+4=6)

"Richard then asked this Investigator what information had been obtained reference any other participants. Richard stated that while he was at Lea Wood Elementary School, waiting for information about his two daughters, he talked with two girls who came from the school.
The girls said they had seen two guys in the cafeteria, wearing all black. There were also two guys who entered the main door from the parking lot. One was in black, the other in white. The girls said they all had guns.

That on 042099 at about 0755 hours, Julie turned onto Polk St. from Pierce St. and saw a small brownish/golden truck parked on the south side of Polk St. five male teens around it. At least three of them are wearing black trench coats. (ACSO 808 )

(332)"I believe there were 3 gunmen."
(334) "Lindsay stated because of the amount of shots fired 'I thought there had to be more than 2 shooters.' "

TV interview of student David Smith, sophomore, led out of the science rooms by SWAT, says four gunmen roaming the halls: "there was four of them just roaming around the school."

"There was three guys. The guy I remember most was the main guy. He's over 6' tall and has long curly dark-colored hair. He was wearing a trench coat. His name is Robert Perry."

"...can you identify or descibe who was shooting? ....Ms. Hohn said that she does not believe it was Harris or Klebold. Ms. Hohn believes it was an individual named Robert."

7) Bijen Monty(EP1-110)
"I asked her if she saw the source of the shooting. She told me she saw who she thought, at the time, was Robert Perry with a gun hanging around his neck. She said she never actually saw him shoot the weapon.

"She asked me if I had any information in regards to Robert Perry. I informed her I did not."

(20063): "During interview with (Jennifer)Falbo, she stated a friend, Bijen Monte, told her on the night of April 20, 199, the she (Monte) was in the cafeteria by the pop machines when this event began at CHS--Monte told Falbo that she saw (Redacted) enter the cafeteria with a 'handful of things.' He then threw these things which caused loud explosios. Monte said (Redacted) was wearing a white t-shirt and unknown pants."
"Bijen Monte stated she was outside the commons area eating lunch. Heard shooting and then saw (Redacted) with a gun standing over two downed male victims. Monte picked (Redacted) from a photo lineup."

8 ) Tessa Nelson(EP1-113)
"I asked her if she saw the source of the shots. She said she saw a male, who she thought was Robert Perry, wearing boots, dark jeans with dark hair, walking down the stairs outside the cafeteria. She said the male suspect pulled a gun and started shooting."

9) Katelyn Sue Place(EP21-285)
Kate said, "It was (Redacted). I'm almost positive of it. I remember looking him dead in the eye. He was in my debate class..... . ...Dylan kind of looked like Robert, but Dylan doesn't have the long face. Robert's teeth are messed up and he was smiling and I saw his teeth then. Kate said that she has since seen pictures of Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, and she said, "It's not one of them."(Referring to the person she saw shooting out on the outside commons.)

"She remembers him shooting Ann Marie(Hochalter). .... Robert was just randomly shooting. ...Robert was still shooting. ....Kate said that Robert shot Ann Marie before he smiled at Kate. ....She looked and saw Jason(Autenrieth) trying to help Ann Marie, dragging her away from Robert, to the side."

[Ann Marie herself told the investigators that neither Harris nor Klebold shot her but that she *could identify the shooters.*]

0) Lacey Smith(4470)
"On the diagram she depicts (Redacted) as walking in through the doors, past where she was sitting, and going in about as far as they north end of the school store. It was at that time she heard the windows breaking and then realized she was hearing shots.

"....she did not have any trouble indentifying PERRY when he walked past her. I asked SMITH how sure she was that the person she saw and spoke with was (Redacted). I asked, "90 percent sure? 50 percent sure?" Her response was "100 percent sure." I then showed SMITH a photo lineup which included a picture of Dylan KLEBOLD, and asked her if the person who walked past her was in the lineup. She stated he was NOT in the lineup. .....As (Redacted) passed her and was near the commons area of the cafeteria, she then explained that (Redacted) pulled a weapon out from under his trench coat and started firing into the cafeteria.

11) Brenton Hooker(16397)
"....he turned around and observed an individual he thought was ROBERT PERRY(ex-student of Columbine High School) standing outside the door just to the north of the main entrance shooting a pistol in his direction...." ....HOOKER described the individual he thought was PERRY as 6'8" - 6'11" in height, very skinny, tight black pants, black trench coat..."

12) Tyler Chenoweth(1830)
"A student named Jen Smull saw through the (science classroom)door during the incident and said that the tall suspect had curly hair and was the student who came to a Halloween party as a warlock. He thought of Robert Perry based on that description."

The following eyewitnesses identified a (Redacted) as being the shooter, with the description fitting Perry's:

13) Tiffany Lien(968 )
"Lien stated she believed gunman number one was (Redacted).... ...Lien stated that she was approximately twenty to twenty-five feet away from gunman number one and looked at him face to face for approximately 25 seconds, frozen in her tracks." Tall male had long black trench coat, black jeans, dark brown hair. His hair was kind of long and had curls. He was skinny and his shoulders kind of hunched over. ...She also stated that the gunman had bad acne.

14) Kristen Long(20245)
"Long said suspect definitely had dark hair and a large nose, thought it might be (Redacted)."

15) Rusty Shyler(5464)
"The individual was very tall. ...Shyler saw his face partially and thought based upon his dress and size that it may have been (Redacted). He was a hundred percent sure it was (Redacted). He described (Redacted) as being 6'6" to 6'7" tall and having lots of zits."

16) Chris Thierren(1207)
Saw a tall shooter with acne, large nose, shoulder-length hair. "He stated that the picture he saw was of (Redacted) and he was 'pretty sure' he was the shooter he saw that morning at CHS."

17) Erin Walton(4139)
"Erin Walton said she knew one of the shooters, and that he not one of (the) two Eric and Dylan. ...he was a senior named (Redacted). and he was very tall, had bad acne scars on his cheeks.... "

The government has maintained that these witnesses mistook Robert Perry for Dylan Klebold.

There are no students or faculty - with the exception of Brooks Brown (another curious figure) - who remember Klebold having acne. As late as Dec. 1998, Klebold appears in homemade video footage without any visible acne.

18 ) Pat Caruso(2683 and EP17-13)
"Thought the suspect looked like a trench coat student he has seen before who had bad acne, ....curly long dark brown hair, wearing black trenchcoat.... and a tie-dyed shirt, pink or yellow."

19) Justin Norman(3929)
"Upon the hill we saw a tall guy with blond hair, acne, big nose and buck teeth.... the guy had a handgun and he shot one kid in the ankle and another who didn't move." (Note: Accoding to Norman in a later interview, this was Klebold, though the description is more indicative of Perry.)

20) Joanathan Ballard(1765)
"One of the (trenchcoated)kids(who was walking the halls during the shooting-implied to be a shooter) was about 6'5" or 6'6",.... I later saw on channel 4 or 9 news, I'm almost positive, that same man or teen, on t.v., acting all worried." (Note: this can't be Harris or Klebold, as they died in the shooting.

21) Nathan Anema(2359)
"....Anema identified (Redacted) as possibly being the person he saw throw a pipe bomb during the shooting at Columbine High School on 4-20-99. ...Anema stated that he initially thought the person that he saw throwing the pipe bomb was (Redacted)."

22) Katie Beer(6636)
".... when the incident began at Columbine High School, she initially tried to get out of the school by going toward the main doors on the east side of the school by the administrative offices, however, she said she saw a third shooter next to these offices and that this third shooter shot out windows at that location. ...Katy Beer told him this third shooter may have been (Redacted)."

23) Jason Brehm(719)
One of the shooters had a very round face, shorter than 5'11". Not Harris or Klebold.

24) Leanne Clark(1422)
"...Clark told her that she saw who did the shooting in the cafeteria, and that Clark identified (Redacted) as a gunman."

25) John Cook(756)
A couple of weeks after the massacre, "Cook said he believed he could ID both of the suspects if he saw photos of them again." Since everybody had seen the photos of H&K in the media, and knew they had died in the incident, Cook is clearly not talking about Eric or Dylan here.

26) Frank DeAngelis, School Principle(8018 )
"I also assisted the principle of Columbine, who was having hard time giving the pictures of possible suspects to the command post and was present when he looked at and identified one of the suspects he was named.(sic) The male suspect was in the custody of, I believe, Jefferson Co. Sheriff's investigators."

27) David Eagle(1878 )
"The guy with the gun had black hair looked like it was spiked shaved on the sides.(sic) It was also blond on top. 5'9", about 18 years old.

"He has since seen pictures of Harris and Klebold on television. ...David said that the person he saw did not look like the people he's seen on television."

28 ) Ashley Egelund(22671)
"Ashley was in north corridor when she observed (Redacted) and Eric Harris coming around the corner from the library.... She said Chris Morris was armed with a handgun while Harris was armed with a shotgun.(5248 ) ....both started shooting at Ashley.... Ashley did not know (Redacted) at first but she saw his picture in the yearbook and is positive it was (Redacted).

"... No photo lineup per Investigator Battan."

29) Amy Evans(22205)
"....Amy Evans said there was a third shooter and it was (Redacted)."

30) Joel Hatfield(19277)
"Joel Hatfield interviewed 4-29-99. Saw one shooter with excellent description of dress, physical, guns and movement. Could ID in lineup if needed." Once again, this cannot be H or K, as everybody was aware that H&K were in no position to stand in a lineup!

31) Mark Hengel(5901)
"Hengel identified Klebold and (Redacted) from the photograph in the attached 1A envelope.... Also attached is a 1A envelope is a diagram of Columbine High School indicating the diection of Hengel and the two individuals dressed in black."

Apparently the interviewing officer didn't like what he was hearing, and so the interviewer ends up telling the eyewitness what he saw:

"I then advised Mark Hengel that the skinny person he saw standing and shooting was Dylan Klebold and the person he saw standing over the duffel bag was Eric Harris."

32) AnneMarie Hochalter, gunshot victim outside the cafeteria(18218 )
"Advised that Harris/Klebold did not shoot her. .... Has ID on shooters."

33) Leigh Kamens(1422)
While in the 'green room' off of the science hall, she identified (Redacted) as one of the gunmen.

34) Tim Kastle(3416)
"As far as I know the suspects are Dylan Klebold, Eric Harris, (Redacted) and I think there might have been two others."

35) Alicia Maes(3614)
"Alicia stated that when she first observed the male in the black trench coat, she thought it was a person known to her as (Redacted)."

36) Lucas Milne
"Saw (Redacted) in commons at 11am in a black trenchcoat and knows (Redacted). States that Dan Goin and Brandon Little and Bijen Monte saw (Redacted) shooting at school. Milne picked out (Redacted) in photo lineup.

37) Mark Opfer(1064)
"At the time, Opfer believed the taller person in the black tenchcoat who with(sic) the shooter was (Redacted)....."

"CHS student Mark Opfer was interviewed on 4-27-99... In that interview Opfer stated that he believed (Redacted, wearing a trench coat) was standing next to a gunman and was involved in the shooting."

"...Josh Ortwein witnessed the shooting and he was telling everyone he saw (Redacted) shooting a gun."

The likelihood that a witness' testimony is accurate increases dramatically when others corroborate their account.

Jennifer Smull (2183)

"Jennifer [Smull, who was in the science hall] identifies Dylan Klebold as being one of the armed gunmen and describes him as wearing a black t-shirt with writing on it, had a black hat on, turned backwards with writing on it, and she saw his long, curly hair extend below the baseball cap. Jennifer stated that she was positive that individual was Dylan Klebold. In her statement, she then describes a second unarmed gunman, who is unknown to her."

"Jennifer described the second gunman as being older, had short blond hair, like a buzz cut, was wearing a white t-shirt, tight fit with no pockets and was carrying a tan colored sawed off shotgun. Jennifer said that that description was accurate, at which time she provided me a composite drawing that she had done in reference to the suspect she saw at the high school and provided a complete description of the subject. Jennifer described the subject as having natural strawberry blond hair. it was buzz cut, stating that his face was well defined, high cheekbones, chiseled."

Jonathan Vandermark (2222):

"He was unable to see what type of pants were worn but stated he also had a gun strapped around his neck, that appeared to be similar to the one carried by Dylan. Vandermark stated he is not one hundred percent sure the individual was Eric Harris. He could not recall seeing Harris around school prior to the incident and did not think the gunman resembled the photograph shown by the media. He then stated it was possible the individual was Harris and he just looked older than the photos."

Erin Walton (2243):

"The other one had short blond hair (like he was going bald). He looked like he was in his late 30s."

Jessica Lucero (p. 1058, JCSO files)

"She [Jessica Lucero] stated as she was running out the east doors of the high school that she believes she saw an individual dressed in black holding a gun up on the roof of the school. I asked if she could provide a description of the individual. She said she couldn't. I asked if she could provide a description of the gun this person was carrying. She said it wasn't a pistol, it appeared to be some long gun. Jessica was asked if she was sure about this information. She told me she believes she saw someone, but couldn't provide any additional information about the person."

"When we got outside I saw someone on the roof with what I thought was a black trenchcoat. He was aiming a gun, so Erica, Nick and I ran toward the smokers pit."

Lindsay Conwell (p. 2760, JCSO files)

Perry claims he was at home asleep.

His mother and grandmother (both now dead) verified this account.

Student Matthew Conley, however, saw him outside the school before the attack - and before any "panic" or "hysteria" (5366):

"Matthew Conley told me that on 4-20-99, at an unknown time in the morning, while he was parking his car at Clement Park, he saw a male party he knows as Robert Perry driving a small red car in the parking lot at Clement Park. Morris, Perry, Stair, and Sargent were all arrested on scene.

Three others - Matt Akard, Matt Nalty (alternatively "Matt Christiansen") and Jim Brunetti - were arrested in black and fatigues in a field near the school. They had made incriminating statements to several observers and told police

"He said if investigators were 'satisfied these people just happened to be three innocent people in fatigues walking by a siege of the school, stranger things may have happened.' Stone also said a video tape from a surveillance camera in the school cafeteria was being examined. 'From what I understood from our investigators,' Stone told reporters, 'there is graphic information on there, and it was being sent to Washington, D.C. to the FBI lab to have this tape." - CNN (4/28/1999)

These young men were identified as "Splatterpunks" - a variation of punk culture whose adherents are especially interested in morbidity and violence. Their presence and suspicious statements / behaviour were never adequately explained, and there are reports they were members of the Trench Coat Mafia and / or friends of H & K.

Who were the "Splatterpunks"? They are Matt Nalty (7543), Matt Akard, and Jim Brunetti (7434).

Early reports identified one as "Matt Christianson" (instead of Matt Nalty, I believe). Neither Christianson (if there is such a person) nor Akard has an interview in the government files.

Did they go to CHS? If so, when? Nalty admits he used to live in the area eight years before, and he is named on a list of Harris and Klebold's associates (9798), and he had no difficulty finding CHS or parking space there when he drove himself and his cohorts to the scene from Broomfield, across town.

In addition, according to JCSO Schweitermann, the splatterpunks were pointed out to him by students being evacuated from the school, saying they were either the suspects or friends of the suspects (8096).

And for what it's worth, CHS student Sarah Roasberry (4210) saw three 'subjects' in the main hall of CHS at 7:30am, wearing camoflage clothes.

So just maybe they were familiar with CHS and CHS was familiar with them.

--Sheriff John Stone, "they heard it on the radio....well, it wasn't on the radio at that time ... Stone also said the three teens named the gunmen before the names of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold had been released."

--Cork Chicota(7462), an adult onlooker, stated the three approached him in Clement Park and told him they had friends at CHS and wanted to help them. Mr. Chicota got the impression, after a few minutes, that the 'friends' they were referring to were the perpetrators, not the victims. One of them said the shooters were doing it to 'get even'. Chicota said this occurred around 12 PM, the alleged time of the "suicides" and well before news coverage of the attack.

LARRY SCOTT PETTY

Another suspect arrested outside the school was Larry Scott Petty, who claimed he came to Columbine in response to a call from a student to "come down and stop them(the gunmen)" at 11:30am. He was armed with what Lakewood PD described as "a .22 bolt action rifle" (Petty maintains it was a BB gun) and a knife.

In a later interview, he said he doesn't know anybody at the school, but that he had friends there in the early '90s - in other words, he lied in his initial interview.

Petty is 27 years old, married, employed at an Alarm Company.* He's been arrested four times, mostly petty theft-type stuff from the early '90s. He is someone who knows better than to run up to a bunch of police officers, weapon in hand. Though it was never made clear if he was confronted outside the police perimeter--or inside it. If he was arrested inside the perimeter it would indicate he had a much greater degree of involvement.

1) Witness Protection Program

The FBI was intimately involved in the investigation in the investigation from the beginning. In fact, six of the seven task forces assembled to investigate the attacks were headed or co-headed by FBI agents. The single exception was headed by an agent of the CBI (Colorado Bureau of Investigation) who was himself a veteran of the FBI.

FBI Special Agent Dwayne Fuselier was supervising all agents investigating the attack.

One of his two sons, Brian, attended Columbine and reportedly "escaped [the cafeteria] after seeing one of the bombs explode."

His other son Scott had graduated the previous year. Scott Fuselier and several other students - including Brooks Brown, a close friend of Harris and Klebold - produced a video (for the video class) in 1997 depicting trench-coated gunmen shooting through the halls of the school before it exploded.

Brown, who was widely suspected (by students and initially by police) of having foreknowledge of the attack on 4-20, was officially the last person to speak to Harris (beside Klebold of course) before the massacre.

In other words, the FBI - at least SA Fuselier - had motive and opportunity to cover up what really happened at the school. It could well be that Morris, Perry and Sargent have new identities and are living somewhere else.

(I have seen parts of this video in a video called "An American Tragedy-The Columbine Massacre" loaned to me by an anonymous donor) and the 'laser' used to 'blow up' the school at the end looked more like an RPG(rocket-propelled grenade) being fired. Erik Veik - a close friend of Harris & Klebold and another student in Gary Talocco's 'video class' - was responsible for the "Phrase of the Day" broadcast across the school's video announcement network.

According to witnesses, on 4-20-1999 the message was:

"I bet you wish you weren't here today -- 4-20 -- 4-20 -- 4-20."

On May 11, 1999, Veik was investigated (but not arrested) for allegedly discussing plans to "blow up Chatfield High School." (p. 10925, JCSO files) According to Pat McDuffee, who was part of the Trench Coat Mafia at Columbine, there was a branch of the Trench Coat Mafia at Chatfield (p. 10787, JCSO files). Dakota Ridge student Briana Kass (p. 18154, JCSO files) overheard classmate Jordana Spaven telling others that she "knows everyone involved at Columbine." She went onto say: "This is definitely not over ... every thirteen (13) days they will hit another school ... Chatfield is next then Dakota Ridge." Lauren Waterbury, a student at Columbine, told investigators (p. 6005, JCSO files) that "while at a LaCrosse meeting with Chatfield students she noticed backpacks with "CHS 4-20" "CHS 13th day" "Chatfield TCM."

On Oct. 20, 1999, Veik, 17, was arrested on charges of "inciting destruction of life or property, and theft for allegedly stealing a school microphone." His bail was set at $500,000.

"The boy’s family declined to comment. He is under a suicide watch, county officials said.
Jefferson County sheriff’s officials said the boy told another student he would “finish the job started by Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.”"

Veik indicated to investigators that this message (which he admitted typing) was a reference to the nice weather.

Students suspected otherwise:

DEAD WITNESSES

Bobby Patterson - An ex-con who knew one of the suspects (didn't specify) and victim Isiah Shoels and allegedly hung himself at his home in Wheat Ridge, CO on 4-29-99. His mother said he "did not want to go to jail again." (p. 21470, JCSO files)

Sean Brenner - Student of a nearby school who allegedly committed suicide on 5-6-99. A week after the massacre he reportedly told a friend that he felt guilty because he had heard a rumor about an impending attack on Columbine High School. (p. 24945, JCSO files)

Dana Plato - An actress who died of an alleged prescription overdose in Oklahoma (some believe it was murder) on 5-8-99, weeks after leaving the home of Rachel Scott, whose family had briefly taken her in. Scott was officially the first of the victims to be killed. Her diary contained cryptic statements that implied she suspected she would die and that she would be shot.

Plato's whereabouts on 4-20-99 are unknown but her name appears in the JCSO files on the Master Index of Names (seemingly implying she was a witness). Police received a bizarre tip from a "Robert Monaghan" who claimed to know Scott, and who believed she and Plato were involved in electroshock 'experiments.'

Corey Hager - Columbine student who was killed in a vehicle accident in North Dakota on 7-10-99. Hager was officially off campus when the shooting occurred despite two witnesses placing him in the cafeteria. His interview is missing from the files.

Carla Hochhalter - The mother of wounded (paralyzed) student Anne Marie Hochhalter allegedly shot herself in a gun store on 10-22-99. According to the Guardian, a second round was fired.

There is no explanation as to how she would have loaded the gun (she would not have been given bullets) and the store clerk, unfortunately, claims he had his back turned. Anne Marie had told investigators that she was not shot by Harris or Klebold. She further stated she could identify the gunmen.

Nicholas Kunselman and Stephanie Hart - Columbine students who were shot to death in a Subway two blocks from Columbine High on 2-14-00. No money had been taken from the register. Kunselman and Hart (according to Donna Taylor, whose son was shot at Columbine and whose been very active in the case) knew Harris and Klebold. Hart's interview is missing. Among the former employees of this Subway was Rachel Scott.

Greg Barnes - Columbine student who helped keep teacher Dave Sanders alive allegedly hangs himself on 5-4-00. His friends and family recalled he had been in good spirits and had expressed excitement about the basketball season next year.

Ben Kuhn - Columbine student allegedly hangs himself in 2001 (date unknown).

Jonathan Ladd - Columbine graduate dies in a mid-air plane collision over north Denver on 1-27-03. SWAT immediately takes control of the scene. Ladd was in the school on 4-20-99 and told news about a bomb threat that morning.

Ericka Leigh LePine - Found dead (24 years old) of 'undisclosed causes' in prison on 1-18-04. LePine had been arrested in Appleton, Georgia in Sep. 1998 for planning to murder her mother. One of the male students she attempted to enlist in the plan was arrested along with a friend on 4-19-99 for planning an attack on their high school. They both wore black trench coats and were described by police as "a carbon copy" of the suspects in Colorado. There were early reports (later reversed) that they had been communicating with Harris and / or Klebold online or had been going to the same website.

Joseph Stair - A suspect in the case who allegedly commits suicide on 9-13-2007, days before the long-delayed Columbine Memorial. His funeral would coincide with the Memorial.

Tim Roche - The reporter for Time Magazine who was allowed to view (and transcribe) the basement tapes died of "multiple strokes" at 38. The JCSO has since destroyed the tapes.

Russ Cook - Sheriff John Stone's successor as Jefferson County Sheriff in 2002 was found dead in his home in Nov. 2008. He had vowed to "get to the bottom of the Columbine mess" and he "was writing a book about Jefferson County politics." In 2002 (before his electoral victory), he said: "I still don't know what the truth is with Columbine."

Antuane Johnson - A close friend of the Shoels family (vocal critics of the investigation) who was believed to be helping them fund a private investigation into the attack before he was shot to death in a parking lot weeks after 4-20-1999. No motive was ever determined nor was anyone charged.

Vikki Buckley - Colorado Sec. of State who collapsed and died on 7-4-1999 at 51. Buckley was also close to the Shoels family and had endorsed their efforts to find the truth about the assassination.

Teresa Miller - A teacher and hallway witness who died of cancer at 44 on 12-6-2002.

Antonio Davalos, 11 - The boy's body was found in a trash can within a mile of Columbine High in Jan. 2000. A sketch (based on the descriptions of two witnesses) indicated the suspect was wearing a black baseball cap, a black coat and blue or black jeans.

JCSO dispatcher Cindy Cline -
Passed away on 6-7-2009 "after a short illness." On the early morning of 4-21, Cline wrote: "When I left the office at 0130 to come home and try to get a few hours of rest before I head back in for more of the same, the body count was up to 19. There were over 20 others shot and transported to local facilities."

There exists compelling evidence that more than fifteen people (the official number) were killed.

Tiffany Lien - Freshman on 4-20, and an outside witness, was murdered by her husband on 8-28-2005.

Matt DePew - A graduate of Columbine - allegedly electrocuted while working on power lines on 6-15-2013. DePew was locked in the may have been a witness to mysterious police actions inside the school - including possible 'elimination' of other suspects. DePew's father was with the Denver PD and reportedly one of the first officers on scene. According to the Denver Post (6-19-13): "The cause of Depew’s death is still under investigation by the Eddy County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit. Xcel is also conducting its own investigation." The results of this investigation - and why a power lines accident would be of interest to the SIU - remains unknown.

Some strange deaths before 4-20-1999:

Brian Stone - Sheriff John Stone's son, who allegedly hung himself in 1988. It's unknown whether or not he attended Columbine.

Robert Malin Craig - An associate of the Trench Coat Mafia who allegedly shot his father and then himself on 4-29-1999.

Ron Latin - A student at Columbine High who allegedly hung himself roughly three months before the massacre.

Officially, no one was killed or wounded in the cafeteria. However:

1) Vanessa Grimes(pg3212) sees the glass explode and a boy inside the cafeteria falling backward, perhaps consistent with a shot from outside.

2) Matt Depew(pg2826) hears a gunshot from outside and sees a sitting male student stand and fall back, as if shot.

3) Ashley Heesch(see Dottenwhy, pg2892) sees a suspect shoot person 'in the cafeteria area'.

4) Lisa Forgen(pg3005) sees a gunman running back and forth in the serving line. "He shot kids in the crowd."

5) Motorcycle cop Paul Smoker(Westword 4-12-01), according to his statement, didn't fire on Harris at the west doors until after a "whole slew of kids ran out the cafeteria; numerous had gunshots, bleeding all over the place". He may have meant library, but he said cafeteria.

6) Hidden in the kitchen storage closet with numerous others, Matt Depew reaches Denver PD Officer Lietz on his cell phone and tells him the gunmen are shooting students "right at that moment". Lietz said it sounded as though the suspects were "re-shooting" anyone down to ensure they were dead.

7) J u s t i n Cozart(pg2775) sees the shooters. "They fired numerous shots toward the west end of the cafeteria.... I saw them look under tables and fire several shots." That mimics very closely the behavior of the library shooters.

8 ) Elizabeth Nolan(pg3920) sees a student get shot while coming up the stairwell. A teacher told her he would go back and get him.

9) Adam Foss(pg4927) sees Mr. Sanders coming up the stairs, bleeding. On his way out of the school with the police, he says he stepped over a dead body. His exit route put him through the cafeteria.

10) Same with Amber Rosetta(pg4242), who says she ran past three bodies on her way out of the school.

11) Jon Vandermark(see Arricelli, pg3118 ) says he saw three or four bodies on the stairs as he ran from the building at approximately 14:15 - 14:50 hours.

The other suspects - at least seven to eight (one of them an adult "in his thirties") - are the one element that every explanation offered fails to account for.

WHO HAD FOREKNOWLEDGE?

Patrick McDuffee - a member of the Trench Coat Mafia - gave a detailed statement to law enforcement on the evening of 4-20 identifying multiple students at Columbine, Chatfield and Bear Creek as having foreknowledge (and varying degrees of involvement).

There were also the three arrested in a field adjacent to the school. They identified the suspects as Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold before their names were broadcast, and told police they had heard about the shooting on the radio despite no (officially acknowledged) radio broadcasts mentioning the attacks at that time. Cork Chicota - an adult onlooker told investigators (7462) that the three men told him that "they knew something bad was going to happen."

There is evidence that there was widespread knowledge - both in the school and the surrounding community - that "something big was going to happen."

Why was Principle Frank DeAngelis running up and down the interior cafeteria stairs before the shooting broke out? He had heard of a group of boys who talked of detonating something on 4-20. (5671) And rumor had it that he was warned. (3894)

Why did Mr. Mosier, science teacher, tell his students that they had been expecting a fire drill?(1864) Was a bomb found in a trash can on 4-19?(2016) Were bomb threats phoned into the school on the morning of 4-20? (3469 and 4630)

And don't believe the hype -- the school people, especially the disciplinary, security, and mental health staff, knew exactly who the Trench Coat Mafia were and what they were dealing with. I agree that one can expect some of the information received from witnesses in a crisis situation to be irrelevant ("noise").

However, multiple people seeing the same thing at the same time is something that (in my view) requires a specific explanation.

They've tried to say Klebold was mistaken for Perry. I don't think they look anything like one another despite having long faces and long hair.

Most people who said Perry was one of the gunmen remembered his acne. In the photos and videos of Klebold taken as late as Jan. 1999, he has no acne.

You also have student Matthew Conley placing Perry outside the school that morning, directly contradicting his alibi. When Conley saw him, there was no stress or confusion.
