Never been to prison but my family is full of prison guards. Here is some things I've learned

>rape happens but rarely, its mostly consensual. A lot of criminals are closeted fags. Rape is used more as a punishment among gangs. If you betray or screw over your set they will gang rape you. Most common type of rape is older niggers raping young niggers
>dont accept any favors or loans, it's just way to put you in debt which forces you to do favors that could easily get you more time
>dont become an aryan just because you are white, they are criminals like the niggers and will just use you for their dirty work. Only join if you have no option
>read, write, study and exercise, keeping busy is important for your mental health
>dont trust guards, my old man swears the guards he works with are just as corrupt as the prisoners, some of them are even on the take from gangs
>avoid drugs, great way to end up in debt to bad people
>find a skill and use it to make money, there is a prisoner at my the prison my family works at who makes his money making deserts and selling them lol
