Actually, if I'm being honest here's what I really think should happen. Africa is culled of all human life. For the sake of international relations I'd give the Chinese overlords in East Africa 48 hours to clear the continent. After which Africa would become a world nature preserve. All the most endangered life would be moved to its equivalent habitat in Africa.
