why, you are correct

LISTENS GUYS to save the earth we need to put a glass cover over every ocean and hook up 50 trillion air conditioners in order to stop water vapor

Not a meme, a tactic. Designed to slow down the western economy and program the sheep into accepting control over their lives.

one square kilometer of ocean produces more CO2 yearly than Germany
it IS a meme

Climate change as a scientific theory does have enough evidence to point to a trend in changing climate. However "climate change" and the proponents of bullshit over-regulatory practices are full of so much shit and they know it, which is why contering any of their ideals means that you "don't believe in climate change" (obviously implying that if you don't want big brother to rape you with a soda tax, then your stupid)

Providing alternatives to companies and actually educating consumers on their impact in the world, as well as the impact of others in the world (coughCHINAcoughINDIAcough) will do more than any goverent regulation will

All over the world there are ancient civilizations that have been discovered underwater, meaning that sea levels have risen dozens if not hundreds of feet over the past 10,000 years or so.

Climate change is real and unstoppable.

Climate is always changing but human actions don't have much of an effect on it.

Also, under water caverns pre-dating humans have been discovered with stalagtites, which can't form under water. Meaning that sea levels rising above them can't be due to burning fossil fuels.

>Climate change is a meme
The climate does change, it's just not caused by Human influence. The planet's gone through several drastic temperature changes, namely the ice ages, in the past way before man was there to even so much as make a fireplace.
"climate change", previously "global warming", which had the name change to be more generic and thus harder to argue against, is indeed a meme created for political and economic reasons.
And one more thing- Mankind has only recently been keeping track of the planet's climate. We honestly don't even have enough data to accurately say what's a "normal" climate for the planet, let alone that we're drifting off of it at a catastrophic rate. Portugal was supposed to have sunken into the sea like 4 times since I was a kid.

The original government hand out was to fight pollution. Who is old enough to remember the smog advisory on the weather station?
Once the pollution issue was resolved, they moved onto global warming as the excuse to claim tax dollars.

to be fair, not every gas contributes equally to the change in climate, do they?
i'm not an alarmist myself, but i think this isn't a complete argument

Asphalt roads cause air temperature in the city to be higher then the surrounding area where grass absorbs the sun.

The problem was that the fear tactic worked too well and people really bought into it to the point where the serious objective problem (like you said smog) got taken care of quickly. Now unlike then the world is more globalised, and people are finding out that their governments we're demanding that they spend more on their emissions while secretly allowing forgein countries to export actual toxic matter dog shit made in hellholes of pollution like Bejing or Bangladesh for vastly under the market prices on goods.

also this
climate change is real, it's just not man made, but a natural process
instead of wasting our time "reverting" climate change, we should look at how to overcome a change in climate, by investing in technology to control water and by investing in colonies in Greenland and Antarctica

>investing in technology to control water
Why? Just gradually move inland like we've been doing forever. Even if the polar icecaps melted completely sea levels wouldn't rise THAT much to be a extinction level threat.

>thinking a dutchman would ever allow the sea to take his land

were you dropped as a child?

But the collection of money through carbon credits is supposed to help those polluting Countries make the changes to their industries.

You can try but eventually nature is going to win. The longer humanity fights it the worse it's going to be when we lose.

What’s the goal of making up man made climate change?

of course it is

the goal is less resistance to carbon tax schemes

Wealth redistribution.

I’m dumb fuck and can’t understand still... sorry.

just don't fall for these shill tactics and don't, even by mistake give them any money, or sympathy.
You should be fine with that

Climate is changing, absolutely.
However, how much humans have to do with it is another question.

And hell, let's say humans are the primary factor. Even if the west shuts down just about everything, china alone still fucks it up without anything we can do about it.

poop warming is real though.

Even if it is real, the west has done nothing to prevent it. Sure, there are carbon taxes but in the end russia and the saudis keep pumping out oil like any other day. In order to properly fight it, they'd have to close the oil reserves and coal for good, but noone is talking about it.

A prime example is germany
>raise carbon taxes
>use coal to make electricity
>tax the people for using coal

You absolute nigger, water isnt a greenhouse gas.
I dont even give 2 fucks about climate change but this is flat earth level.

If they really believed in climate change, they would demand an end to third world emigration to white countries. As soon as a shitskin gets into a white country, his carbon footprint skyrockets. To reduce emissions, we should be encouraging the return of shitskins to their nations of origin. If we got rid of the 100 million shitskins in the US, our emissions would decline significantly.

CO2 had increased by a third since the start of the industrial era. Water vapor largely remains constant. Changes in CO2 have a lifetime of 500 years to go back to baseline. Changes in water vapor take 3 days to go back to baseline.

There is now 10,000 times the amount of heat in circulation in the atmosphere than the heat required to completely melt all permanent polar ice. A slight reduction in the equator to pole temperature gradient will allow this heat to meander farther poleward and melt ice at greater and greater rates.

This infographic is a classic example of misinformation. Yes, water vapor is the most common greenhouse gas in the atmosphere by ppm, but it is not the one that contributes most to changing climate. Carbon dioxide is a much more potent greenhouse gas and it persists in the atmosphere for decades. Methane is even more potent than CO2.

As the ppm of CO2 increases the equilibrium governing the water cycle shifts. More water exists as water vapor in a more energetic system, causing a positive foodback loop that further traps energy in the system. The problem with climate change, and why it is manmade, is that as humans increase the amount of CO2 they are increasing the rate of warming beyond what would occur naturally. This throws off the equilibrium of dozens of natural systems, including the water cycle as mentioned in your picture. Other systems such as permafrost melt and methane clathrates are also at risk, which will increase other potent trace gases such as methane.

That’s all stuff I learned by actually paying attention to the world around me. You can learn it from a simple search on Google Scholar.

There's no point fighting it at this point though desu. We're in a state of palliative care. Doing enough in a short enough time requires such drastic change that there's no hope, or was no hope.

ecoterrorism is a good thing and we should blow up all the jewish companies polluting our environment

the jews are polluting our genepool and they are polluting the planet so we will stay subservient to them

WATER MUST BE STOPPED, THIS IS WHY I DRINK SODA.

>get people scared
>tell scared people you have an answer to their fear
>it's expensive, they have to pay for it
>keep the money

bbc.com/news/science-environment-36130346

We will be overrun by niggers and shitskins long before climate change is a problem. At best we have 50 years before the jews in America succeed in trashing this place.

We can do what we can to slow the process and give the coming generations time to mitigate the damage. We need more efficient forms of energy production to carry out the expensive and energy-intensive response to climate change. Things like moving coastal populations are not cheap and easy. A few extra years to prepare will make a world of difference.

That’s expected. Carbon exists in four major reservoirs:
>Inside the Earth
>The oceans
>The atmosphere
>Living things
When you remove carbon from one reservoir (the Earth) it increases the abundance in the other three. There is more carbon in the oceans and atmosphere as well. The increase in plant growth is not enough to offset the damage caused by the increase in carbon for the atmosphere and the oceans, which is stated in the article. The increase in plant growth on land is also matched by an increase in algal and plant growth in oceans, which is much more detrimental in marine ecosystems.

Yeah, you do know there were ice ages, right?

what if your mind is the climate and
they're telling you to change ie repent.

climate change is real. climate is

Twitter idiots should be gassed, twitter posts should get you a permanban, you cannot change my mind.

Are there any studies / sources proving this?

LOL, fucking OP forgot about the factor of H20 Physics and CO2 physics. Learn some basic fucking knowlege first.

He's full of shit.

A number of factors which all help (((them)))
- Get people seeing problems as global problems with humans vs. nature instead of humans vs humans like all conflict has ever been
- Tax income from many different sectors and put in place more rules and regulations with which to control future investment
- Encourage more guilt from first world populations and see how much blame they can take personally while completely ignoring China/India/etc. which are the real polluters
- Encourage people to believe DA SCIENCE without question.

Climate change is real, global warming and man made influence is fake. Liberals changed it to "climate change" so they could have an obvious "GOTCHA!" moment with it. Of course the climate changes, but whether or not humans influence that is the question.
