I share your sentiment that we're no more smarter. Technologically, though, we're more advanced. Innovations come from human luck and mishap, they aren't certain. Anything claimed to have been built in the EARLY 1700s(1700-1720) is suspect. But the easiest way to find more locations are to find places that the Islamic State(MOSSAD puppet army) have destroyed like pic related.
