There should be annual H1B reviews done by an unbiased third party provider.
1.) Can a citizen be employed to do this job? If so replacements should be identified list of potential candidates created and vetted. H1B candidates should be replaced with citizens, these are temporary employees. 2.) They should only be hired if a suitable citizen can't be found to do the job. 3.) The H1b visa holder and every single member of his family that resides in the USA should be vetted annually. Have they committed a misdemeanour or felony? All get deported. Are they using public benefits such as food stamps, TANF? Deported. Are they late on any payments, such as electricity bills or rent? Deported.
