Was a total meme renaissance... The best part was, I spent most of my day here, and studying Environmental Biology and Economics.. was in California at the time but moved to Colorado so I can go to a better, cheaper school at the foot of the Rockies.

It was honestly pretty fun.
I was in college still at the time, so I just had like 6 hours a day to read the threads, and the buildup was super intense.
But I don't know if anyone actually expected the payoff. Like we all wanted it to happen the way it did just for a huge "fuck you" blowout to establishment who always want to pick the same candidate types each year. However, I think deep down we all had some reservations that it would happen.
The fucking aftermath was hysterical. The board went 200x as nuts as it was leading up to the primaries, and that was already with intense shitposting, daily trump threads that only said "AWOOO", /sg/ crossposting in every thread, and then all the Hilldawg memes that were getting posted constantly yet somehow were drowned out by all the webms like
