I like mixing rice in my meals as I have allergies to Gluten.
Basically cook 4 cups of rice one night, use 1/2 with my bratwurst or sausages and toss 1/2 in fridge for making fried rice tomorrow morning to have with my steak and eggs. Any left over fried rice I have with lunch. You can do a lot of good dishes with rice on the side.
